Had hired White pearl holidays pvt ltd's services, to handle my domestic, international flight & visa services., The domestic airtickets was delivered immediately. And I was assured the confirmed international air tickets would be emailed immediately. After several followups, & 10 days later the booking for the international flight was emailed. This was a Cathay pacific booking. Because of a terrible delay in visa services, i wanted to reschedule the flight and of course by now i had lost complete trust in the agency hence called up cathay pacific, only to find out that a booking was made& cancelled 2 days later.White pearl refused to give any explanations on this information & kept assuring that I didnt have to reschedule. Rightfully so, I received the tickets two hours before the actual takeoff and it turned out to be Jetairways instead of Cathay Pacific. The whole experience has been traumatic & nerve wrecking. Verified Support Mar 17, 2016 WhitePearl Holidays Customer Care's response Dear Sir, With due respect we would like to inform you that when you contacted us for your China Visa process, we sent it very next day to consulate but consulate asked for your employment details confirmation which you provided on Sunday Night at 10 PM despite we requesting you regularly.. When we went to submit the same on Tuesday you asked us not to submit the same as you were suppose to fly to Bangladesh and you wanted to do the Bangladesh Visa from Kolkata as Mumbai Consulate was taking lot of time. When you returned fro Dhaka on 02 March you were suppose to Send the Passport by Cargo which you did not do. You gave us the passport on Friday ie 4th March and we submitted it to the consulate on Monday and got the visa delivered to you on Tuesday at your home... we put extra efforts to provide you the service and hope you will also agree to the same... Also your tickets were changed to help you to get the flight in time as your visa was delayed ... we provided you service upto the last minute of your flight... Thanks Once Again
