Still deepak has to return 13690 rs. It has been more than 4 years now he has not returned my money. Serious action needs to be taken. Sometimes he picks up the call and gives a specific date. But never transfers the money on the given date. When called never picks up the call same thing he does again and again. This is the 4 time i am raising a complaint....

This is the fourth time i am raising a complaint.
Only 5000 rs is refunded, rest 13690 rs are still not refunded. 2 and half years still he has not refunded the full amount. Everytime he gives a date that it will be refunded on this date. But on the given date there is no refund neither he picks up the call neither he replies to the messages. Request you to please take a strict action on this...

The most horrible experience. The director mr deepak patel is a fraud and a cheat. He has been using our money which was paid as advance since last feb 2017.. We 15 o[censored]s had booked a jammu tour with them white pearl never booked our air tickets nor hotel rooms. Right through he was just bluffing us about the tickets. Now after a lot of argument they issued a cheque of rs 75000/- which got bounced 3 times.. We are proceeding...

My company suppllied veh to mr deepak for this guest in singapore and bill him on 11 may 2017 the total amount in singapore dollars was sgd$828.40.

We have offered him a 10% discount to recover our money but he not responding to our emails or whatsapp text and calls.

I contacted mr. Deepak patel owner of white pearl holidays to apply for a russian visa in expedited format since i had to apply for croatian visa immediately as soon as russian visa would have been approved. Mr. Deepak assured me that he would apply on wednesday (14th september) and i would get the visa no later than (16th september) since russian expedited visa is returned the same day. On 14th evening he said that i will get on friday....

I contacted just dial for assistance in russian visa, and whitepearl immediately called me for the same. what followed there-after are two weeks of horror and utter dismay to anyone’s emotions and dignity.
Whitepearl (deepak patel) send a doc pick up guy to pick up the necessary docs and the payment on 13th september...

I have been duped yes the right word is duped by owners of white pearl holidays, i had booked my holiday package from them for honk kong for 19th may, he took the money and like many others never got the bookings done cancelling my flight booking twice and no hotel bookings at hong kong when i asked for my refund first he gave me my 2.26 lacs 2 cheques one for 1.26 lacs and other for 1 lac for may 31st which eventually bounced on further...

I booked a plane ticket with this travel agency one year back for rs.43000. Agents name is deepak krishna patel. He didn't book the ticket. So i asked for refund. Then he started his excuses and postponed to give the money back all the way. Somehow after prolonged inconsistent calling and texting and threatening, they returned small amount in instalments. This is the 6th complaint here. I wonder how no action has been taken yet against deepak patel, the owner of the agency.

My daughter booked (On 23rd june, 2015) tickets to boston trusting this travel agency. Advance amount rs. 97, 000 was paid. But the tickets weren't booked and false promises wrt our booking were made. We followed up night and day only to avail no positive results.

To end this misery, we cancelled...

WhitePearl Holidays is a fake company..these are all fraud-minded people and their main target is students who are going abroad for studies.
the owners are extremely rude and very good at deceiving people with their sweet talks at the start..they will wait till you deposit money in their account for tckts/Visa or for whatever reasons and then you will be left with constant frustration because you ll never get your tckts from them..finally,...
