Whitepearl Holidays — Complaining for the Third Time. Still Not refunded my Money Rs 18690 .

This is the Third time I am raising a complaint. A Year has passed and still I have not received my refund of Rs. 18690. This payment is for the visa fees which deepak (Agent) took from me. I had transferred the amount for getting the uk visa, while booking the date for appointment his (Deepak) card got blocked that's what he told me, so he requested me to do the booking by my card. So now i have paid him twice for visa fees, and from past 1year i am asking him for refund and he is just pushing it, sometimes he is not picking up the call, sometimes he is saying i will send you cheque today or tomorrow, but he never does. Now he told me that i will pay you installments, but he hasn't made any transaction yet. And now he is not even picking up the phone. Now request you to please take a strict action against it.

Updated by sanjit13 Only 5000 rs is refunded, rest 13690 rs are still not refunded. 2 and half years still he has not refunded the full amount. Everytime he gives a date that it will be refunded on this date. But on the given date there is no refund neither he picks up the call neither he replies to the messages. Request you to please take a strict action on this.
