This is the second time I am raising a complaint.. Its been a Year, that i have not received my refund of Rs. 18690. This payment is for the visa fees which deepak (Agent) took from me. I had transferred the amount for getting the uk visa, while booking the date for appointment his (Deepak) card got blocked that's what he told me, so he requested me to do the booking by my card. So now i have paid him twice for visa fees, and from past 6 months i am asking him for refund and he is just pushing it, sometimes he is not picking up the call, sometimes he is saying i will send you cheque today or tomorrow, but he never does. Now he told me that i will pay you installments, but he hasn't made any transaction yet. And now he is not even picking up the phone..Please return my my money. Was this information helpful? |
