Wickedleak Inc Limited, — Received product not sensing & hanged. And company is not giving any proper solution (Wickedleak wammy titan 4)

Hi Sir/Madam, This is SREENIVASA R K from Bengaluru(Karnataka). Mine present major complaint is regarding my Mobile phone, is not sensing (Totally operation was stopped from last 3 months). Even I can't switch off/restart the phone. Company was unable to give proper solution to resolve my problem. The attached photo shows the present status of the mobile phone(From last 3 months). I have sent a mail & discussed through phone call(+[protected] to resolve my problem. As discussed with Sameer/Jayant I have sent few video clips shows defects in handset. but the given solution from the wickedleak team is effect-less. Apart form the above issue, earlier I have also suffered with the Following Issue too, Color of the product : Ordred a Wickedleak Wammy titan 4 (white color) mobile thorough online (http://www.wickedleak.org/smartphones/2-wammy-titan-4.html) in July 13th. The Black wammy Titan 4 product received on July 16th. Before booking the product I have confirmed with Ms.Jessica Shah regarding availability of white color product and she confirmed that, 'you will receive confirmation call from Wickedleak team, once book the product'. But no confirmation calls received after booking the mobile, but directly received order confirmation mail & dispatched details. I sent request mail to update product color & change my shipping address. But they replied as "The product was already dispatched'(..!). Continuously I am forcing to Jessica Shah (Through online chart 'Wickedleak-Live Support') to replace my mobile with new white color mobile but answer was "There no stock in White color"(..!). But she promised me to provide White back cover, still I didn't received. I have each Document Proof what are all discussed with them & what their response. Please note that, I have spent ~Rs. 16500 to Purchase this Mobile(on July 13th). And present cost is ~Rs. 13500.(..!). I have attached related documents snaps like Order id, requesting to Change shipping address, Billing & Delivery confirmation etc., for your reference, Please let me know for further requirement. Just I am requesting you to refund my amount, what I have spent to purchase this defected product & ~5 months flexible amount. Kindly update & resolve my problem ASAP. purchased wammy titan 4 mobile in may-18 after searching lots of phone i have selected this mobile as my choice. I was so much exited to get this phone for the featured it had at such a great price. But as I received the phone and when used it I experienced hell a lot of problems..I am having
following issues.

1. severe heating
especially at earpiece area while using due to it i cant place it on my ears
for calling.

2. very low battery
back up not even one day

3.now the device
has became very slow

4. centre button
is not working properly

5. I contacted customer care and they told me to
sent the phone and I sent to them they simply returned the phone without doing
anything even not changing the battery.When I received it back I checked the battery same battery life also heating issue.Then I mailed them regarding battery
issues and no use. Now the
charging port is not working properly Still the phone gets heated very badly
and I cant place on my ear after using 3g for some time. I lost my 15000 rs
very bad experience. .
