Bag not accepted for service at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Reason quoted as saying that a worn out outer bag material along side the zip kind of repairs may not be possible I am a fan of Wildcraft bags. Request the company to service all kinds of issues.
