[Resolved]  Wildcraft India — bag zip issue

I have given my bag to wildcraft store vashi inorbit on 30/04/18 to repair the zip they told me u come on 12/05/18..or they will contact me..
But till now they havnt call me
.and in 20 days i went to store for my bag in query for.3..4time..1time they told we hvnt send to ur bag.we will call u but they didn't called me.. afterwards i went than they said..sorry i u bag has not come...than next week i went than they told sorry sir i m new in this store..u come tomorrow...
I after word..i e-mailed my problm they replied me our team will contact u..and till now..none of the and call as yet come..
