Wildcraft India — careless repair service

I'm tejas,
I had recently given my wildcraft bag at the wildcraft store in commercial street, shivaji nagar, i had the bottom cover replaced, and when i received it after repairs, i found the rain cover missing!, they however assured that it might have been misplaced and that they would replace it with a new one, but after nearly a week, i received the bag today and found out that the rain cover they replaced was not the original one, the original rain over was long and flexible enough to cover the whole bag and it also had the wildcraft logo on top of the cover, but the one they replaced is way too small and barely fits the bag and cringes when i try to push it in even with my books!, but the shop keeper still remains negligent of checking it properly, and just hands it over saying that it's fine and its the same, how could such a brand be so negligent?!!!, however i am going to give it back to replace it with the original one you guys better reply quick...
Honestly i didn't expect such negligence and carelessness towards your customers...
Please fix this issue soon!
