Dear team,

I had bought waterproof trekking shoe for my himalayan trekking in the month of may'19. However from the second day (Trekking was in first week of june'19) in the snow there was ice water entering the shoe which made my trek extremely difficult. After the completion of trek i was traveling oversees on work. Immediately after coming back i returned the shoe to the show (Jp nagar, bangalore) where i had bought it. I explained him what happened and said if it cannot last even one trek then this must be returned or replaced. The gentleman at the store took over a month to revert. Couple of days ago i got a call from store saying they cannot replace or return since it's out of warranty (6 months). Firstly, i was not communicated about the warranty and for tough trekking shoe we would expect warranty to be longer than committed.
If the such an expensive shoe doesn't even last for one trek and has the problem for the same purpose it has been purchased, what is the point in buying such a shoe.in fact we would expect it to last for years.
The water marks on the shoe was also shown to the store manager where the leakage had happened and the marks were very much visible even after so months of trek.
Why should we pay for such a sub standard quality of shoes. There was no wear & tear on the shoe or over usage it was purely because of low quality or stitched on the shoe getting loose. All we are asking either replace it or accept the return.

    In the accompanying handling instructions label, it was not mentioned that the container was rat/rodent free. My box got eaten away by rats on the 2nd usage after purchase of 4 days.

    Had it been mentioned i would taken precautions or wouldn't have gone for the item despite being regular customer for wild craft products.

    Corresponded with your customer care besides sending the pictures, they wanted me to visit store but store people told they will follow your instructions.

    I request you to incorporate in the upcoming precautions/instructions label that the product was not rat free or can be eaten away/spoiled by rats.

    Request you to replace the product as i was put to loss because of not mentioning the same.

    Also you can give instructions for adding rat

      I submitted my 3 fold wallet for service (Well-crow re-stitch) in westend aundh branch around 7 months ago. Since then i have visited the store more than 10 times and initially, store people told to come after 10-15 days, but finally after 5 months, they confirmed that they have lost it due to irresponsibility of one of the workers.
      They did not provide me with any slip when submitting wallet, even after insisting them, and now finally they've lost it and blaming one of their ex-coworker. I have no refund received for the same, no compensation.
      So much headache of visiting the store again and again, and so easy for them to say they've lost it.
      Never expected such customer service from wildcraft stores.

        Dear wildcraft team,

        Please note that i recently purchased a jacket located at pashcim vihar, delhi. As i was suggested to try the 'large' jacket and it felt quite ok as i was just wearing a skin size wildcraft t-shirt. Now, yesterday when i went to attend a function and i wore this ' wildcraft' jacket under my sweater it seemed tight. First of all i want to replace it with 'xl' size. Secondly, when i was closing the zip as it is cold in delhi the zip was not moving at all and when i pulled it up with very little pressure it came in my hand.

        Till now the zip quality of wildcraft products were too good but of this jacket i am highly disappointed. Even the stitching is not at all worth.

        I have worked with reputed newschannels in the past and don't want to create any hype of this mental agony. I simply want a jacket with 'xl' size and with proper stitching and good zip. Please do the needful on priority.

          I purushothaman D last week dated Nov16th visited the showroom of wildcraft situtated at forum mall, vadapalani.I bought wildcraft shoes and tshirt worth rs2467. The biller charged me for extra rs10 for carry bag.This is quite irrevalent to the customer .I really exhausted and suffered with mental agony in this issue.This is not a proper service to the respected and long term customers.So kindly give me my rs10 or else i can take this issue with the concerned law department.I also attached my original bill for your kind reference.

            I ordered jacket lqj19 from wildcraft website on oct 21 for ₹2599 and was delivered on oct 27. As per the size chart, small was my size so i ordered it. When i tried to wear the jacket, i found it was tight at my arms and short too. I immediately initiated the process to return for the very next day. However, i didn't recieve any notification. After two days, i received a call from courier guy who had come to pick up the item without any prior notice. I was unable to return it as i wasn't there. After that i wrote an e-mail to the customer service who replied that it will picked up soon as they are busy but it never happened. On 7th nov i received a message from wildcraft stating that my pickup has been cancelled and if i wish to reschedule the reverse pickup, please contact on[protected] which i did on the same day. I was informed that it will be picked up within 24-48 hrs. It's been 6 days, my item is yet to be picked up. Please help me get my money back, don't want their item no more.

              Dear team,

              I gone through wildcarft showroom shop no 39a rajpur road dehradun uttarakhand, its being a month i bought rain jacket from the same store, given me warranty of year but unfortunately there is some manufacturing defect and its being a week of submiited my jacket but there is no response and denying to replaced and not giving me back my defective piece. Mr bhanu manager of store the way talking is not appropriate with me as a customer, i m regularly using the wildcraft product, this is seriously disappointing for me to go again n visit, as a regular customer and as per the guidelines mention on bill, i request to replaced jacket as soon as possible.

                Sir/madam,

                Wildcraft, rcity, ghatkopar store sold me the bag for laptop and gave me the commitment for protection of laptop.

                But after couple of months, my laptop got damaged inside the bag.

                I realized that the bag does not have proper protection for laptop.

                The laptop repair cost is around rs. 16000.

                Wildcraft cheated me by selling me the wrong and poor quality product.

                My day to day routine is badly affected due to this.

                I shared all the details with wildcraft customer service on email and requested for the full refund and compensation for the losses. But wildcraft did not provide me the same.

                I informed wildcraft that i need to purchase another bag on priority hence requested them to resolve the issue in 2 days. But no luck.

                It seems that wildcraft is neither bothered nor adhere to the law and order of our nation.

                Cheating and fraud became so easy now a days. There has to be some strict framework/system to stop all this.

                Requesting you to please do the needful.

                  I purchased wildcraft maestro bag from wildcraft store kamla nagar delhi. I had submitted my bag thrice for stiching issue and last time my bag's shoulder strap was coming out then store told me that your fabric was changed but i can clearly see that fabric wasn't changed. After 10 days of repair shoulder strap is coming out. And it will completely come out after a few day. I want my bag to be replaced this time. I told to replace my bag to store but he denied.                     I bought a Gangotri 65L rucksack in the month of March 2019. I went to Harkidun Trek in the month of May. In the first use only the stitches on the shoulder straps loosened and is about to come off. The back T-ribs got bend and got curved outwards.
                    I took it to the store in Kolkata where they sent it for analysis and it came back just repairing the back T-board. I asked for the replacement of the product as just using once I am facing such problems but I got the reply from the head office that the product will not be replaced and will only be repaired as it was bought online.

                    Dear Wildcraft, its a big two faced policy of yours that a person when buys directly from the store, for any problems the item gets replaced instantly while for the online products, those items are not replaced and are only repaired.
                    Can you tell me why I will take a product which got numerous flaws just in a single use only? Why it will not be replaced? Just I bought it online only?? For that reason?? This is your policy?? I am an avid trekker and have used other rucksacks as well of different brands. Not a single brand has this kind of policy and such a worse after sales service. I will not recommend any product of Wildcraft to anyone after getting this kind of output from you.

                    See into this matter and get my problem solved as quickly as possible. Otherwise I have to take this complaint to other forums and also have to post this to other trek forums also.

                      Wildcraft india — wildcraft raincoat

                      Hello,
                      I bought a raincoat from myntra online purchase site. The problem is that even though i am wearing the raincoat i am still getting wet from inside.
                      As i hardly use this raincoat 4, 5 time's and still it's not keeping me dry i spent 1900 inr for this and in return i got very bad quality raincoat
                      I need replacement of the same or else full payment of the raincoat
                      I am totally disappointed by wildcraft raincoat quality
                      Instead of this my local company raincoat is working more efficiently than this branded one
                      Is this the way ur maintaining ur brand quality

                      I need strong response from you

                      We are sorry for the experience that you have encountered with Wildcraft rain wear.
                      Our rain wear are 100% water proof and there are no chances of water seeping inside unless if there are any open seams or zips are not covered completely.

                      Request you to submit the product at the nearest service center along with invoice copy for a quality analysis and we shall review the product and update you on the status of the same within 10 days.

                      I had received one copy of the repair estimate from store

                        I muzamil rashid from srinagar jammu and kashmir. I purchased a shoes from your store in srinagar lal chowk opposite ghanta ghar befor one and half month. After wearing this shoes after one month its sole cracked. At the time of purchasing i told them abt warranty but thy told me we will give u six months warranty. Today i visited thr thy told me we have nkt made it home, we can't do anything. I heard about my friends about this company but unfortunately i receive a very bad item. This shoes is not able to use any more. If you can help me itz ok. If not then i will go to further then i know what i have to do.

                          Hello,
                          I bought a raincoat from your store at fc road, pune on (13/06/17). The problem is that even tough i am wearing the raincoat i am still getting wet from inside.
                          As i went to the store, they told me that the warranty was only of 1 year and that the coating over it might have gone away, but i am not wearing the raincoat continuously for 1 year it hardly rains for 2 to 3 months here.
                          Please address my problem as early as possible.

                            Yesterday i went to grand central mall, seawoods, to purchase a bag for my son. I paid 1899 for that, but on coming back home in amazon on facebook i see the same bag for 1520. I have been just using this brand of bag since so many years but what is the point of spending 400 more in the mall for the same thing. Or u guys can close all outlets and just sell online. There is no compromise in quality, but rate wise i guess it's fooling someone who goes all the way just to buy ur brand...

                              I had purchased a raincoat worth 1799 with invoice number 4029 on 17/6/2018 from focus mall kozhikode. Due to severe problem of rain water seeping in the coat was returned on 18th august 2018 with the assurance of a replacement. Inspite of repeated visits no replacement has been provided citing lack of availability of the medium size. Either a replacement be provided or the amount should be refunded at the earliest

                                I had recently given my wildcraft bag at the wildcraft store in commercial street, shivaji nagar, i had the bottom cover replaced, and when i received it after repairs, i found the rain cover missing!, they however assured that it might have been misplaced and that they would replace it with a new one, but after nearly a week, i received the bag today and found out that the rain cover they replaced was not the original...

                                I bought a 55ltr bagpack from wildcraft official store on august of 2018. The company offers 5 year replacement warranty and also they said that you can contact as anytime if any problem happens. Recently it's found holes are forming on my bag (Top portion of the bag is getting tearing) due to the poor quality of the material. But when i wrote to customer care they are not even checking my issue. I visited the company outlet and presented my issue. They also ignore me. I bought that bag for rs.4000 and it's been hardly february. The only thing i need is to get replaced or get repaired. They asked rs.1000 for repair. The bag is torn due to the poor material quality and then they are again asking for another 1k for the repair. They just ignored all my mails. I'm a traveler and i need a bag. It's been 1 month i have filled my complaint and i'm not considered. The company is just #. Don't buy wildcraft bags anymore. They are "big cheat." i need a solution to my issue.

                                I purchased a trailblazer 50 model backpack on 11 August 2018. Last month on 27 April 2019 i gave my bag for repair for stitching the bottom and I was promised that the bottom is covered under warranty.

                                However, after a month, the stitching was not done and bag was returned.
                                I given my bag to authorize store. Due to chain issue. I got my back after 15 days. And they changed my chain lock of low quality.
                                And the same chain also broke after 2 days.
                                This is very bad service from wildcraft.
                                I am not going to purchase any bag of wildcraft in future.

                                  I have purchased the 3 in 1 jacket in wildcraft showroom, valasaravakkam. Within the 15 days of after purchase the jacket, water penetrating inside the jacket through right side pocket. Then i had given the jacket to showroom for further service to sales person mr. Feroz. He promised me that he will give the best service. Its been 30 days. He gave rm number and asked me to talk with him. No proper response from them. Is this the fake product??? Already he admitted that the qc team has rejected the jacket during the checking process. Product warranty is 12 months. But the jacket was there for 2 months in your service centre only. There is no use of the jacket in the coming summer season.

                                    I bought a down jacket at bangalore, it was extremely bad quality and very bad exprience of my life. From the beginning, the wings started come out from the jacket, rather that the thread also began to fall/come out.
                                    Just now i sent a mail to customer care hope they will respond my concern

                                    Feeling very sad about the product i bought, this is what i didnt espect from the brand like wildcraft.
