Sir/madam,
Wildcraft, rcity, ghatkopar store sold me the bag for laptop and gave me the commitment for protection of laptop.
But after couple of months, my laptop got damaged inside the bag.
I realized that the bag does not have proper protection for laptop.
The laptop repair cost is around rs. 16000.
Wildcraft cheated me by selling me the wrong and poor quality product.
My day to day routine is badly affected due to this.
I shared all the details with wildcraft customer service on email and requested for the full refund and compensation for the losses. But wildcraft did not provide me the same.
I informed wildcraft that i need to purchase another bag on priority hence requested them to resolve the issue in 2 days. But no luck.
It seems that wildcraft is neither bothered nor adhere to the law and order of our nation.
Cheating and fraud became so easy now a days. There has to be some strict framework/system to stop all this.
Requesting you to please do the needful.
