Dear sir
Product code;[protected] bag size; 50x34x30 manufacture year-march — 17, purchased on-april -17- damaged in hanging belt area. I am carrying only lap top with charger and one dairy. Paid rs. 2279. Local company bag are withstanding more than 2 years. Last bag i used 4 year american tourist er. After 4 year only zip was the issue, no physical damage, i thought wild craft is the grate brand, i need bag replacement. Expecting your positive reply. Want to use your bag as per your warranty

Wildcraft India Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer and informed him to submit the defective product in Annanagar store for quality check. Customer said that he will be visiting the store on or before Saturday to submit the defective product and we shall send it for quality check once received
Product code[protected].bag size 43×32×15.purchased on 31/7/2016.it got damaged in front portion of the bag and also having small black spots around the bag.I am using oasis bag also with this but no complaint yet.I puchased this bag to carry my laptop as I think your product is of superior quality.i am humbly requesting you to replace this bag as this bag got damaged within 1 year.sorry for reporting this damage lately.hope your reply soon.
