[Resolved] Wildcraft India — i am complaining about madura bags shop at paramathi road, namakkal, tamil nadu.

We have purchased a bag on 25th june 2017. It has 5 years warranty. But the bag bot damaged while normal use. When we have shown to the shop owner where we purchased, they are not ready to process the claim.

They were telling us that we had damaged it, so no can be processed. They were talking very badly.

We are frustrated with the shop team.
We need to process the claim and request to advice the shop where we bought the bag.
