I am gunal from bangalore in the bottom of my bag there is a hole i have given to the shop they told that the warranty is only zip and stitching they did not response to my complain so please make my requirement as soon as possible please repair and give my bag please sir this is my humble request from me please repair my bag my item i'd is 11471 i have buyed in 4/6/17 please repair my bag

Wildcraft India Customer Care's response Wildcraft® Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on zippers, runners, buckles & stitching issues caused by workmanship errors.

Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of God such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
