I bought a track pant from Wildcraft, order ID O7fba28, on sale. I requested for exchange within 7 days but now they say that discounted products are not exchangeable. If that is so they should have displayed it in such manner that it is clearly visible to the customer and one doesn't has to go about looking for it.
This is clearly unfair and misleading on their part and a waste of customer's money. The pant costs 1080/- which is not a small sum, therefore, I would like the Wildcraft to kindly resolve this issue ASAP, if they really value their customers. Was this information helpful? |
