Wildcraft India — Not received any receipt of bag submit for repair from the wild craft shopkeeper

In this week on Monday[protected] My bag was a bit torn from inside, so I gave it to the wild craft outlet which is located in 'R City Mall, Ghatkopar west, Mumbai 400086'. And after submitting my bag I asked for receipt for proof of bag submitted by my end. But even after 5 days they didn't gave me any receipt and not even called me. Even I call them once for asking the receipt. They said "will send you" and still not received any kind of mail or receipt. Please have a look and resolve it as soon as possible. I need my bag repair as quickly as possible. Thank you.
