Dear Sir I had purchased a sandle 3 months back. Its soul got damaGED. i brought the sandle to the BTM Layout branch asking for repair or replacement. The answer I got was very disappointing. they told me that earlier similar problem had come and they told that it is due to water and it will not be replaced or repaired. Its really strange that a company who sells their products for trekking, sells such a bad quality products. if i could have bought a shoe from local market it could have lasted more. they are also not ready to repair if i pay the money for the same. l seriously feel cheated... expecting a reply from ur side...
