I bought a wildcraft rain pant on[protected] at perungudi wildcraft outlet its was leaking in rain i was too much suffered for that issue. Due to that issue i was gone to wildcraft perungudi outlet on[protected] friday they told me they will call back & replace it on monday[protected] but they didn’t update i was soo suffering in rainy time what they are going to do for this issue & what they will apologies for my suffering

Wildcraft India Customer Care's response We have spoken to the customer and asked to submit the product for a quality check in the same OMR, Chennai Wildcraft Store. And, process timeline for the Quality Check is for 15 days.
