Dear Sir/Madam,
I have complained(#650946) regarding the leakage in the pant. And i have sent the pant 6 months before to their service centre on 2nd sept 2021. They said they will solve the issue in 10 working days after repeated mails they have been telling that the issue is forwarded, concerned team is working on it. Till now issue is not solved nor the product is returned. I have paid 1995rs for the product and not able to use it coz of their fault in the product and now its been 6 months i sent the product. i have raised complaint through National Consumer Helpline. Even from there i got the same reply. I’m worried tat they have damaged my product. They have my original invoice as well. I want my refund for the product. Very worst customer service.
Kindly solve the issue at the earliest and help me to get my refund.
