I wish to raise a complaint regarding wrong order delivered to me. I have been deceived as wrong parcel has been delivered to me.
The product what ordered is SUPERMASK W95 Plus Reusable Outdoor Respirator - POPCORN BLACK - Pack of 5 size : Large
And what I have received is
Wildcraft W 95 Size : M Black Color. This has been given to me without invoice copy.
I am raising the complaint as soon as I checked the parcel. The parcel was delivered in my absence to my grand mother which is why I was unaware. The moment I got the parcel I checked and raised a complaint immediately. I was out of town during the delivery of this parcel.
Kindly, exchange the product on immediate basis. I wish the product I have received to be taken back and exchange it with the product I have ordered.
