I have purchased a Wildcraft shoe from www.abof.com with the following details

It has damage after usage of few weeks and I approached the following authorized Wildcraft store for repairing my shoe but they turn down my request.

We provide 3 month warranty on manufacturing issues. Any issue reported will be sent for a quality check and based on the quality analysis we replace the product. We do not provide repairs on footwear.
