I purchased a Wildcraft W95 mask from Apollo Pharmacy, Delhi on 22.12.2021.
However, I am not satisfied with the product as its faulty. Hence, I raised the issue with wildcraft team via e-mail requesting to either replace the product or refund my money.
The issue was raised on 05.01.2022 but despite providing the team with necessary pictures and invoice copy, no solution has been given to me till date! All I received were a couple of emails saying it will take more time to resolve the issue.
Its been 2 months now and its high time that the issue be resolved by now.
