First they delivered the wrong and used/torn jacket. Since then i have been trying to get it returned/replaced as per there return policy.
No one is taking care of it over call.. Even after multiple mail trails i am yet to get the refund/replacement.

As i had discussed with you over call multiple times over the delivered product.
1. Its different color.
2. The product is missing its complete detailed tag with feather details (As i saw in wild craft store).
3. The products feather is coming out, and the color also looks little faded.
4. The jacket pouch is missing.
I had been trying to get it picked up and replace with the right product and a new 1.
Its very disappointing that even after multiple calls and escalations its not yet replaced.
Its been really bad experience purchase with wildcraft, how can you send such product to customer. And not response to the feedback provided with multiple followups.
I request you to arrange a pick up of the product as there is no store in delivered address. Please arrange a pick up and replacement order.

Sir, are you expecting me to wait for whole winter.?
Its 6 days nore on top of 5 days on top of 10 days. Atleast as a wildcraft customer courtesy send me the a genuine piece first and then clear off your mess.
Why are you keeping me in your trouble?
Please let me know the higher level to escalate the issue.
