Ordered Large Canopus Charcoal Hard Luggage. Received some wrong product. They are not ready to replace product. They are asking to return it and only after quality check they will refund. Till then my money is stuck and i require to buy a luggage urgently and cant buy. I am a student. I dont have active income. I require the luggage immediately to shift. They should arrange for a replacement item at the return pickup only and do all quality checks while taking the return. I have attached pictures of the grey hard trolley bag that i ordered and got the red soft trolley bag.
