All records stated that the vehicle sent to me was mh12 kn 3167. Even the message which was recieved by me after my trip at 1130am stated the vehicle being
Pls note that the vehicle which was sent to me was mh12 nx4097 and the driver (Mr. Sachin kambale) instead of reporting @ 4.00am reported at 445am. I did call the wings contact number[protected] when the vehicle arrived but was told to give complaint on email or anything after 10am.
Due to the late arrival of the vehicle, i had to run to the checkin counter to ensure that i am boarding the flight.
I phoned the wings number again at 1130 to register a complaint and was told that the complaint can be taken only on email.
