Wings Radio Cab — lack of customer service response on radio cab delay causing a missed flight

Cab arrived 40 minutes late, resulting in the missing of my flight. I had to buy another ticket to get to my destination and i am happy to provide the screenshots/evidence required.

8 october, 10:00 am pickup service to pune airport.
Loss: existing airline: 3403 + 300 (Cancellation charges) + new ticket cost: 4000. Total loss: 7703 rupees

Action required: refund.
