I am filing a complaint against Winni (www.winni.in) for a highly unprofessional and fraudulent experience related to my order.

The order was never delivered, yet the status was falsely updated as “delivered.” I tried reaching out to their customer care, but the representative disconnected the call midway and has not responded since. It appears my number may even be blocked now, as calls are not connecting.

Moreover, the delivery agent was rude and dismissive, refusing to provide any updates or assistance. He said, “Talk to customer care, ” and ended the call without delivering my order.

This is a clear case of non-fulfillment of paid service, false delivery confirmation, and unethical customer treatment. I am seeking the following:

Immediate investigation and delivery status clarification.

Action against the delivery personnel and customer care agent.

Full refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and publicly.
