Very pathetic service I have ever seen. I have ordered birthday balloon decoration for my son's birthday. And while choosing time of delivery I chose 2PM to 6PM. And at around 5:30PM I have got a call that due to bad weather the service got delayed and it can be delivered maximum by 7PM. And I have also agreed with this new timeline. And they have automatically changed the expected delivery time to 6PM to 10PM. At around 6:50PM I called to their customer care number and they said that I chose 6PM to 10PM and why I am complaining about the delivery. Then I had to explain him the entire story. After listening the entire story he said "Yeah it has been delayed and it will be delivered by 8PM". I agreed with this new timeline. But they didn't come for the decoration. And I had to celebrate my sons birthday without balloon decoration. And at mid-night I have received a message saying that the order is cancelled.

I was a very pathetic experience with winni. And their customer care executives are also rude.

Whoever is reading this review, just one thing I want to convey is "Please don't rely on Winni's service. They will commit but they don't deliver".

I wish whatever has happened to me shouldn't happen to others.

Absolutely pathetic service . Ordered a cake it was delayed by 6 hours and reached in bad shape after following up continuously today . Different than website and the finish was bad. . Ordered for First time and definitely the last time . Pls refrain . Not recommended at all .

I have ordered a cake and flowers on 19th june. And they have charged 100 for delivery on the same day. But they are not delivering on 19th june. I have called customer care, they are saying we can't deliver today due to rain. But there is no rain.

I had ordered a plant and received only the pot and soil and some dried leafs. When asked for refund they said they will not refund as per the company policy and can only re send it. It was a birthday gift for someone and alrdy so many days have passed and damaged good received. Now i dnt want the re order but refund.

I ordered a cake on 8th May 2022, and chose the time slot as 6-10pm.
They didn't deliver, and they are saying they can't refund it too.
Can you please take action against them.

I have order mixed roses with chocolate, my order number is[protected]. The deliver time is 10 am - 2 pm but didn't receive my order they called my now at 10. I want my refund they make my day very worst.

I have order a bouquet for my friend and this people have still not delivered the order and not answering the call and not proceeding the refund. The order was for today and also I had given them time slot to deliver between 10 to 2. But still the product is not delivered

I recently encountered my worst experience with WINNI.IN, when ordered a Cake & Flower for my Friend’s Anniversary.
The Order #[protected], I placed to deliver in Malda, West Bengal.
In today’s era no Food vendor has the luxury to say that “I will deliver the Cake & Flower between 10am to 9pm & there is no specific time can be committed”.
On the day of delivery, I started following up since morning to know the delivery time to invite Friends for the event.
I made some 5-6 calls to your Customer Care Executives and every time I was replied, order will be delivered between 10am to 9pm!!!
At that time I realised, I was in a trap. Even I wasn’t allowed to cancel the order as per your rude Policy.
Just imagine your Anniversary is planned, Invitees are called and you don’t know when the Cake & Flower will reach, so everyone to wait between 10am to 9pm!!!

Well, I accepted even that scenario, but worst was yet to come…
When I understood, that no one in WINNI.IN, are interested to think practical, favouring customer, only they want to take Money and deliver as per their wish.
Finally at 8:30pm, the 100% unprofessional delivery man came with a Cake & Flower box of dirty quality. And our worst experience started from there.
When we cut the Cake, found a bundle of human hairs inside (literally bundle), also there was a Bindi!!!
One of my guest yelled and commented, “in next cut one girl may come out of the Cake”!!!
By that time, the child had taken one bite and complained, it was very bitter and liquid.

The flower was wrapped in a normal wrapping, far far differ than it is projected in your website. The leaves used were some odd type created irritation on our skins.
Both the products are of so worst quality, I am sure, any 3rd grade shop can make better Cake & Bouquet than these.
Your business model doesn’t think of Customer & Practical basic aspects, rather only focus is on earning money & cheating customer.
Before this mail, I have called, mailed and send pic even, but your educated executive are still denying of receipt of Pics.
My bottom line suggestion, expand your business where you have good business partner and check their quality.
If you only focus on earning money, you will land up nowhere.
AND PL NOTE, I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER, NOT ANY COMPETITOR, THE ABOVE EXPERIENCES ARE 100% TRUE.
DUE TO YOUR CAKE & FLOWER, OUR ANNIVERSARY EVENT WAS TOTALLY SPOILED & THINKING TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR RIGHT JUSTICE, I HAVE PICS TO PROVE.

Last day I had a very poor experience with an online cake company that never delivered the cake to my dear one in Trivandrum and that episode still remains a pain, as the entire episode was a disaster.
Never ever recommend anyone to use this app. and the delivery charges are high compared to other Cakes websites.

But was delivered Aglaonema Red. On complaining to them was told that its the same plant. For a plant lover who knows the various varieties, its fraud as the pic cited in the advertisement is misleading .

I've ordered a red velvet cake from winni.in and it was scheduled to deliver in katihar (854105).

I got the cake and it wasn't from the winni store. It's quality and packaging are worst. When I contacted to the delivery boy, he told me that he delivered it from some other store. The product looks like very cheap and it must be of 200-300 bucks but I've paid Rs. 1049 for it.

I request you to kindly look into it and do the needful. I am not happy and my birthday went pathetic.

So kindly provide the refund as soon as possible or send me another cake instead of it.

Paid extra for delivery by 9 am as we were planning to have an early family get together due to my fathers age. Cake did not come and when I called was told delivery will be possible only in evening. After that got a call from local vendor that they just received the order and he was not even sure what type of cake is it. Order was paid for and conformed 10 days back. It is clear that this company is scamming people and operating through third party dealers so delivery and quality cannot be assured and they can keep blaming each other whereas the customer can suffer. The 80th birthday gathering went on without a cake. Wish had checked the feedback and complaints about this company. The cake was delivered against our wishes late afternoon and the cake had printed paper instead of fondant the candles instead of the magic candle was the normal type. We called them to come and take it back as we cannot risk having a product with some dirty printed paper on it they did not and wee threw it. They have refused a refund and offering 200 Rs - Not only should they refund but should pay compensation for ruining our day - not sure why companies like these are allowed too operate.

Winni is a fraudulent company. I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company is a scam. Firstly, the status showed that the cake is delivered while it was not. Secondly, when I inquired I was informed that they didn't deliver the cake because the delivery guy had called and no one picked up the call. Clearly I didn't receive any call. Also, there is no explanation from the company why the delivery guy had to call even though the correct address was given. He didn't even reach the site but called. Secondly, initially the delivery charge was Rs 50 but next day they are charged me additional Rs 150 for re-delivery without any explanation.

This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. Would never recommend to order from this site.

Such a worst experience from winni.. I ordered cake, bouquet and a card on valentine day 14/2/22 and it was supposed to deliver on the same day before 10 pm but they didn't deliver my order even it's 17/2/22 today and they're are showing order has been delivered.. When i try to call they are always busy or they put your call on hold only and never pick call. I want my refund back....

I ordered a package of cake, flower bouquet, teddy bear and charged express delivery on 14/2/22 . Order was not delivered . No communication or response from the dealers part. My order number[protected]. Later they called back but I want the full refund amount, but they refused to do that.

I placed an order of cake worth Rs.1200. It was supposed to be delivered on 16.02.2022 (on the same day of order) within 10 pm. The order was not delivered. The track order option showed the order is still in the ''processing'' stage.

I tried calling the customer care number provided by them on their app. There was no response. I also raised a complaint through the app. There was no response from their side....

Worst experience. Ordered (Order ID:[protected] a item with delivery time 2 to 6 PM on 14th Feb Today is 15th Feb time is 4 PM IST and So far I have not received my order and I have no idea how they are going to refund the payment. I have already made the payment of 2 thousand rupees. I paid extra for express delivery.
Tried customer care several times but it was showing line busy thought the day. Sent out couple of emails regarding this but no response. And even now when I m looking for refund there is no way we can get with them.
My money get wasted. This is a fraud app. Play Store must ban such app and Indian gov must look into such fraud app who making money using such scam on digital platform. Please keep away from this app.

This particular vendor winnie which is providing flowers and cake delivery and taking orders through online mode is a fraud company. First you will not get any status on your order and secondly misleading people by saying on their website same day delivery or 2 hrs delivery. If you check their refund policy it says they have a window for 52 hrs delivery time from the actual promised delivery date especially during special days like valentines. If that is so why they are not highlighting this when they are taking orders and also why they are charging 150 rs for express delivery. They are cheating customers by promising something which they cannot deliver. Customers are taken for a ride as once order is placed there is no point in cancellation. My order was placed on 14th Feb 22 and still it is not delivered and still they are processing. Hope they will not deliver for 2023 Valentine’s Day.

Ny order was supposed to get delivered by 14 th feb 2022 and it was never get delivered. Tried reaching customer care but always line was busy and even send so many emails but no revert back.

Even there is no option now for refund or cancle the order as it is not required now.

My order never get delivered on 14th feb when I paid for delivery also extra.

I have ordered cake on 14Feb21 morning around 11AM and i was hoping to get the order sooner but i did not get the order yet. I tried calling them and their number seems to be busy each and every second as if they are willingly keeping their numbers busy. I also dropped couple of emails but no response. Im expecting a full refund but I'll doubt it I'll get it since "WINNI" is scalping people. Scammers are the worst.

I had placed an order on 13th Feb'22 for a gift to be delivered in Greater Noida West on 14th Feb'22 by 10pm. My order id is[protected].
However, it did not get delivered yesterday.
They are neither picking up the phone nor responding to my emails. I want them to at least refund the amount that I have paid.

I called them but their phone is busy

Hi, I ordered a rose bouquet for my loved one today (Feb 11, 2022). However, bouquet was not at all what was ordered (real_pic), was of poor quality, and lacked the pink roses that were shown on the order page (web_pic.jpg). I first attempted to raise my concern with a WINNI agent (Ms. Manpreet Kaur); however, they disappeared when I told them about my concern (chat_pic), as if they do not really care about their customer after the order is placed.

I want a FULL REFUND for my order because they/WINNI were not even willing to offer an apology or explanation for their poor service (product and customer).

This has reference to order no[protected] delivered today. Although cake was good, it was delivered in damaged condition. Please attend to this and resolve the problem.

I wanted two hammers with a pinata cake because I was ordering for my twin friends, I talked to the guy at winni support at first he said it wasn't possible upon insisting he said he'll check with his team and revert. no call for two days, after I finally called myself to ask about the update, he said he has talked to his team and two hammers will be provided, at the first call, he told me to hold my order until he reverts and that too he didn't until I called back. He said to give another call on support no. after placing the order. I did so and when I called back, a woman answered, I told her about my request being placed, and she bluntly said it's not possible I told her about the previous man I talked to, she said whoever it was, had given a false commitment and that there's no such guy, I rechecked the no. I had dialed it was provided by their customer care only, I said but he assured that two hammers would be possible with my order, but the lady said we will send you the call recording and check with that guy, she didn't send me the recording and didn't revert as well, I called again and they said it won't be possible, I said to cancel my order then, when they said they can provide the hammer but I'll have to pay extra 200/- for it, I said I don't want the order anymore, so cancel it, they sent me many spam mails pushing me for payment when I finally posted my request at their support. which too wasn't answered. I asked the owner's name of the company, they said I have to check it on the website as they don't have the information. very Unprofessional. They were not ready to give a 100% refund as according to their policy, it can't be done after 12 hrs after placing the order, and it has only been 45 minutes since I had placed my order. they said they'll deduct 50% of the payment as a cancellation fee. which was totally nonsense, I didn't argue further as it proved their employees were very unprofessional and illiterate. They didn't know how to handle customer requests, very rude and impolite.
