Winni — T: Extremely Disappointed with Winni My Order is now marked as delivered and recipient did not get it

With regards to previous complain on my order that it was not delivered on time and no status was updated now I am writing to express my extreme disappointment that the order, is now marked as "delivered, " but the recipient has not received it.

I raised a complaint here on this forum but I noticed that the issue is marked as "resolved" even though the matter has not been addressed or rectified. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and action taken to resolve my concern.

Could you please intervene, and I request that this issue be escalated and that I receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
