I was send mail confirming my order will be delivered on 14 feb at 6 pm which was not delivered till next day ‘’when i inquired they refused to refund my money in my account ‘and told me that i can use this amount next year’ totally unprofessional way’ still no payment of 1054 paid’ i had email conversation related to this issue but they are not interested to address this issue. Till now no flowers delivered nor my money has been refunded

Incident happened on 16th feb 2020. I booked a cake for my sister who was to travel the day in the evening. So i paid extra for morning slot (7am to 9am) delivery. On 16th until 8.30am there was no information about the delivery guy. Upon checking with customer care they told the cake would be delivered in next two hours and the extra amount would be refund to "winni wallet". I agreed for it and asked them to give delivery guy's number, they refused. At 11am, as there was no update from delivery guy i called the customer care again. They told it would be delivered in next 40 minutes. They again refused to give the delivery guy's number. At 12.30 pm also there is no update and when i called again to customer care they again told me that in next 1 hour the cake would be delivered. And again they don't have delivery guy's details. Frustrated by these people's responses i told them i don't want the cake anymore, cancel the order and refund the money. I ordered for the morning delivery was ready to accept it couple of hours later but until 12.30 pm they cannot assure whether the cake would be delivered or not. On top of that in the evening, the delivery guy is calling and forcing us to take the cake, by this time the birthday girl has already left the place. I did not take it as there was no point. I am yet to receive my refund. Zero professionalism, no responsibility. I would have called the customer care about 10 times and each time i had narrate the full incident, which is so frustrating.
This is a total fraud company, please don't waste your time and money on these guys.

Placed an order on 13th feb 2020 for a cake to be delivered on 14th feb 2020.
Till now the cake has not got delivered.
Tried number of times calling the customer care.
The customer care is pathetic and not ready to refund. Does not make any sense to get the cake.
For money they take bulk orders but cannot deliver the products.

Not recommended at all especially during any occasion.

I placed an order on valentine's day with express delivery that would deliver the flowers by 2 pm, but instead they came to deliver at 10 pm and throughout the time their phone number is not reachable, no one answers on chat, and when i asked for refund they denied. It is the worst service ever, this guys are thugs, they just take the money and go.

I paid rs 1150 for worst thing totally different and worst thing showed me something very nice, they are cheats, and not even receiving any calls #. Donkeys, they are not humans that money won't work for them donkeys chi we work hard for the sake of money and they are looting. I saw a combo of flowers and chocolates for my wife for valentine's day they didn't sent me at right time after waiting a long time he bought something worst rubbish different item. When called them they didn't even received the call all fake numbers and fake people donkeys, #.

I have placed an order on the above mention date on time from https://www.winni.in with below items on occasion of rakshabandhan.

But the order was not delivered on time since 15 august was the national holidays the person who should accept the order was not available on location. A delivery person call us then we asked him to wait for 15 mins someone from my family will reach and collect the order.

But he did not wait and went back without delivering the order, we tried to call him multiple times but there was no response.

Lastly, we contacted customer care and they asked us to pay 150 rupees extra for re-attempt of delivery, we agreed. But still, they did not deliver the order.

I tried to reach them multiple time but their customer care number was not reachable. Now winni is telling that we should have contacted them immediately for re-attempt of the order. Eeventhough they notified us on 17 august that order is delivered but in actual order was not delivered.

After multiple followups they still haven't delivered my order and did not process the refund.

I have attched all the email exchanges from winni with this complaint.

Please help me to get my refund.

The worst customer service ever. I placed an order on 15th august for express delivery in 3 hours knowing the receiver would not be home later during the day. But the delivery was attempted at late evening. The person didn't call me (Sender) and returned back the order. I tried contacting winni continuously for 4 consecutive days but they said they will attempt the delivery without informing me about additional charges.
Today, i rang them up again and the executive told me that they will not refund the amount, instead will charge me extra for re-attempt of delivery.

Product not delivered on time. When asked to refund the amount they refused. Also they never refund the full amount if you are taking money in your bank account only in winni wallet.
My rakhi order placed on 3 august which was suppose to be delivered on 10th august have not yet been delivered. I was assured that it will be delivered by 12th. Now i have no one to receive rakhi to where i have couriered n they refused to refund the amount.

Product not delivered on time. When asked to refund the amount they refused. Also they never refund the full amount if you are taking money in your bank account.

This is regarding the product I had placed order. They messaged guaranteed delivery on 12th May. Based on this when I placed order and paid the amount as well. Till now never received. They kept telling will be delivered in 2 days. When I mailed them they say it is in transit. They just attract customers during an occasion and collect money and cheat customers without keeping up the day of delivery. There are many complaints for the same reason. This company is a fraud. They know customers fall for the trap on special occasions. I hope necessary action will be taken against these companies. Even today I received a mail that the product is in bangalore and will be delivered in 3 days. Never heard hat it takes 3 days to deliver in bangalore and god knows from where this is being delivered. Buyback. Fraud company.

These guys are real cheaters. I have ordered two cake and delivery time shown there 8 am to 10 pm on 12-may-2019 on the occasion of mother's day.but you have not delivered cake order number [protected].
and second you delivered wrong cake order number [protected] though i have ordered egg-less.
There is no call center service all other contact number showing busy.
today your Agra's vender called me up and saying sorry for not delivering your cake(order number [protected].) on mother's day and saying your call was not reachable even though i have given 2 number.she was completely telling lie.
I have never seen this kind of poor service where no customer care no mail response no live chat working.

I ordered a cake (Paid online) and a bouquet of flowers vide order no. [protected] on 11th may 2019 for mother's day and was to be delivered on 12th may 2019 between 8:00 am to 10:00 am through winni, celebrate relations (Online cake and gift company) corporate address: no. 103/5 ground floor, 60 feet road, doddanekundi, kartik nagar, marathalli, bangalore-560037. The order was not delivered on 12th may (Even not delivered by the time the complain is lodged on 13th may 2019). On trying their contacts available on website it is always busy. When i started chat today on 13th may the customer relationship lady (Priya) wrote:
"priya-regarding your (12th may) order we would like to inform you that we were unable to deliver yesterday due to mother's day rush.in such case, your order will be delivered today by the evening. We are trying our best to deliver the order at the earliest delivery slot available."
When they could not deliver the mother's day order for what the company was busy with??? And what is the use of delivering it today.
Its very disappointing and very sad that the companies like this are operating in india freely. Please take action against the company.

I ordered a big "blooming love vanilla cake" worth rs. 4, 198 for my sister's engagement (Orderid: [protected]). The cake was expected to be cut at the ring ceremony art around 1 pm.

So, i ordered 2 days prior and paid a premium amount of rs.300 for on-time/fixed time delivery between morning 10-11am. But, it was not delivered on the selected time.

When i called, there customer service, they said it is on the way and there is a slight delay and expected to deliver by 11.30am.

I waited till 12 noon and then at 12.30 pm also, but the cake was not delivered.

This is the worst day of my life, the ring ceremony happened at 1 pm without a cake. The ceremony completed at 2 pm and till that time also no cake was there.

At around 2.45pm, i received a call from a third party cake vendor saying, now they are coming to deliver. I asked for location and they were around 15 km far from my location at 2.45pm and they said that they can only reach by 4 pm.

I canceled the order because at 4 pm that cake is of no use for me.

Not sure, what is the quality of service winni is maintaining.

When i called their customer service for a refund, they denied for that and said they can't refund.

Later the next day, they called me and said they will do a refund but the amount will be added to my winni wallet. Wtf.

How can you expect a customer to reorder cake using your wallet when you are giving such a 3rd class service.

Winni can't understand what the loss i had. It's not just money... It was a shame moment for my entire family in front of around 150-200 people.

I paid by trusting your service and the marketing message you have written across your website. But, the company cheated me by not refunding my money back to my bank account.

After all, this happened i read reviews from other people on quora and a couple of other platforms and found that i am not the only one suffering. There are a lot of other people who had a similar experience with winni.

I ordered a blue coloured orchid bouquet for my grandmother in agra. It costs rs 2100/- for that bouquet. It was really horrible. It was totally different from the one mentioned on their website. The bouquet was really small compared to the ordered one, flowers were not fresh and were broken from the stem. They have had used tape to just fix them. After complaining, the representatives behave like a robot saying the same 'sorry for your inconvenience'. It's not only about money but also the type of service you provide. They are just fooling people by showing different stuff on their website compared to what they actually deliver. I would never ever suggest anyone to buy anything from winni. Big cheaters and worst customer service.

Winni is the worst ever company i have an experience in my life, i ordered on 13th feb for delivery of 14th feb worth inr of 1500/- which even didnt get delivery on 14th but also got fake successful delivery message, and after complaining to their official mail id they committed to deliver on nexy day but from that day its 23rd feb today but neither they replying on mail nor their customer care numbers are responding... This company must be banned for dealing fraud business with indian consumers. I will expose this company as much as i can everywhere and its impossible to recommend this # worst fraud company to anybody... I have my order number also [protected]...

I have ordered gifts for special day from this website but they didn't deliver things on given time slot, i have tried to contact on the given number of customer service but the number is always busy. When i ask for money refund back they said that it will be delivered within 52hrs of the given time slot. They literally don't have common sense why people take things after 3 days. I would never recommend anyone to order anything from this company. I really disappointed

Never ever place any orders from this fake company / website. They have a policy that even if they dont deliver an order within the said time slot the user is not entitled for a refund. The say that we will deliver the product with in 52 hours of the said time slot.

Pathetic service.

Their numbers are never available and you can never speak to a live person and they take more than 30 hours to reply to an email.

They don't even have common sence, why would someone want to get the order delivered 2 days after anyone's birthday.

I have ordered a flower bouquet on 14th feb 2019 morning for delivery on 14th in bangalore. Winni site took my order for delivery on 14th (Till 9 pm) and charged 599. The order number is [protected].

I called thier helpline 10-15 times in the day but it was always busy and nobody picked my call. I sent mails on status - no response.

At end of the day, i sent mails to refund my money. I got a mail response on 16th today stating that they had lot of orders on valentines day which couldnt be delivered. They can deliver the flowers now however refund is not possible. I mailed them with my account details also to refund as the occassion is over, i dont need flowers now.

But i am getting the same copy paste response. Please help get this fraud company delisted so that so many consumers dont get cheated. I can see so many complaints here only as well as thier facebook page after valentines day.

Whenever i tried to contact them.. They didn't respond.. I dont think that this service is fraud.. Mre plan ko barbaad kr dia is service ne.. Isse phle jo maine cake order kia tha wo bilkul sahi nhi tha.. Picture me kch aur show hota hai aur actual me kuch aur hota hai. I want my money back. Bcz f this service i lost my money and also a surprise for my friend who lives away from me.. I m very disappointed. I call them most of the time but no one is responding. Worst company ever. They spoiled my V day. Had ordered a cake and paid also a day in advance expecting early delivery on 14th Feb. My big mistake was selecting Winni over Ferns n Petals.Since yesterday Afternoon onwards, i tried calling them 100 times, number is always busy, written many emails but received no response. No one from the customer care bothers to call the customers.Hence if you do not want to spoil your Special Day then please DO NOT order from Winni. What is the point in ordering for Special day when the delivery is not made on the Special Day.They really need to improve their services and treat their customers as "KING" if they want to survive and sustain .

These guys are Frauds, some IT junkies. Their website and APP look great, hence a lot of people are getting fooled. They will take your money and will not deliver nor update your order status. I'm lodging a formal complaint in Bangalore & Punjab with Police and Cyber Cell.

Valentine's Day Ruined! My order today wasn't delivered, their chat option is filled with "Bots". They will copy paste replies. When asked for Refund they will not reply! There CUSTOMER CARE Numbers are Perpetually BUSY. They never pick up not call back! Please check all the negative Feedback, here, on facebook and Google APP store.

Their own people are giving feedback on various websites! Check Authentic complaints on facebook!

These days such online companies Run Fraud. Websites should check the authenticity of all Feedback!

Your team was not supporting for the delivery they have gone and the number was not connected because of network issue as everyone knows about the network problems in all over the world.
Your delivery boy left without delivery of the goods and now they are asking extra charges to pay for the delivery. If this type of things will be there in your delivery terms you people have to post in the site or in the ordered so that we will not open your site to place any of the products.
I dont want any further delivery which i have ordered please return my money back to me..

The cake i have ordered from winni is totally a trash it spoiled my special day. Firstly i got late delivery and the message is also incorrect. I ordered black forest cake for rs.1200 but i got the delivery of vanilla cake which is not even worth of rs.200 and when i made the complain they are talking very rudely and didn't even take my complain into consideration. Never order the cake from winni it's just a fraud and they will charge you high amount which is not worthy. Guys you can check the video and photo that i have attached. Plz tell me from where does it look like black forest.

Worst delivery and customer support service ever seen
Ordered #[protected] Classical pineapple cake for new year event and paid 1200/- for that.
But received normal cake with wrong message on top of it which is not even worth of 700/-
I have not accepted and returned back. They have tried again to deliver the same cake after 10 min.

Raised my concern on same day, None of them bothered since payment was done already through online.
They simply wasted my time on new year day. At last went to local vendor to get the cake.

After doing follow ups for couple of times over mail, they again tried to deliver same bloody
old cake on next day after new year which I don't require.
Simply cheating and looting money from customers

For everything they will ask to contact customer care, Given two numbers on website are always busy
God only knows whether they are attending customer calls or putting receivers a side.
Online chat is of no use, they will ask us to write a mail.
Mail response is not immediate, they will take minimum 2 hrs.

When ever you want to order some thing from Winni, place the order using COD
So that these guys will work with senses, otherwise you guys will be helpless

Winni you cheaters you guys hav spoiled the brthay of my brother badly.. Worse xperence had you guys are the worse people we ever spoke to.. You seniors jr's nobody knows how to talk thay we're talking to me as if they are ding charrtto me by sending the order.. Nobody knows abou the order where it is when will it b delivered. I have ordered a delightful chocolate cake from winni for my wife's birthday, they delivered simple white creamy cake with poor test and poor quality. I have immediately wrote email and spoke with customer care executive (Mr. Sachin at around 7.15 pm on date 16th oct'18) he said you can use the delivered cake and we will make you refund, moreover i had not used that cake and wrote back again to either replace...

I ordered a butter scotch cake for 900rs by seeing the display at their site but what i received is completely different . I raised a complaint but they told me that they have different vendors so it can be slightly different but here the whole cake is different no proper icing, nothing . I couldn't see anything written on their site that real cake can be different like they are claiming . Now they are not even responding to my calls and emails . I am really annoyed, wasted my 900 rs for a ### cake . I want my money back, also ok with the half amount as they were not ready to take the cake back to their store . I'll never ever order again from Winni, will also file a complaint in consumer FORUM even if have to go to consumer court, you people are frauds . I wish your business will come down in your future and you'll all your customers .

I can't explain how frustrated I am feeling right now, you ruined my mom's birthday . Now I'll slay you through social media as much as i can if i don't get my refund .

Also attaching the picture you shown and the cake you delivered, open your eyes guys, those days are not fa when you'll become bankrupt if you keep delivering this kind of ### to your customers .

Rubbish customer service and sent black forest cake for a costly chocolate truffle cake. Cheaters bloody irritating #. The customer service lady couldn’t even find the image attached to the mail and this is a team to cheat people. Last time my sister ordered a cake for my birthday and they sent black forest for a very costly chocolate fudge cake. It’s the worst. I don’t know why people want to earn in nasty ways. It won’t help them not their souls or their conscience.

Concept-
I Ordered (Order No-[protected]) one heart shaped 500 grams Velvet Cake (Cost-1149 Rs), one Greeting Card (Cost-125 Rs) and one large packing of Ferrero Rocher Chocolate (Cost-1199) amounting 2423 Rs on my wife Birthday dated 05/07/2018 at 1400 hrs from Bangaluru Based Company named Winni Celebrate Relations.

Issues-
I paid for large package of Ferrero Rocher Chocolate (Cost-1199 Rs) but I got medium one (Cost-799 Rs) and Paid for Midnight delivery (Cost-450 Rs) and got day delivery (Cost-200 Rs)

For Proof I am sending ordered pic of product and deliver pic of product.
