Different and Expired product delivered

I've ordered 4 items from winni.in website.
1. Blooming Insight Bouquet(10 Roses) - Rs 649
2. Small white teddy bear - Rs 249
3. Big Cadbury Celebrations- Rs. 299
4. Red velevet Heart shape cake- Rs. 849
But what i got delivered from the above 4 items is fully different which is not worth for the money.
Bouquet which i ordered with 10 roses instead of 10 roses they are given Bouquet with 5 roses.
Big Cadbury Celebrations- Instead of Cadbury Celebrations they have been provided 10rs Dairy milk contains 4 no's and 40 rs dairy milk contains 1 no.
Red Velevet Heart shape cake- instead of heart shape cake they have delivered some expired cakes which is in round shape.
When i called & asked many times to customer care people they are simply keeping hold for long long time & later informing sorry sometimes it happens the images which appear in website is not correct, it has been edited and we can't do anything about this & disconnecting. They are saying directly sometimes it happens sorry & all. No proper response from the customer care.
Its a hard earned money so feeling disappointing so thought of approaching here.
Can you please do the justice please.

Product not delivered
This is to inform you that I have ordered cake and flowers from winni.in which is to be delivered on 14 Feb between 8am -10pm slot.
But I haven't received the product yet. Still I got the confirmation email and message from there side that my product has been delivered. They have charged Rs 2248/- for this though they are not delivering any thing. They are cheating customer. Kindly take a strong action against them

1 Bouquet of flowers delivered instead of two

Ordered one bouquet of roses and one bouquet of garberas from Winni. They called me and said that garbera is not available and they can only provide red roses. I agreed to that also as I had no other option there. Then they delivered only one bouquet instead of two by combining all the flowers into one bouquet. Those were for different persons and now it's completely messed up. There's no response from Winni regarding this.

Cake and candle order 101301337802

Below are the three major defects with reference to the delivery.
1.The cake has finger marks due to which the cream is distorted and looks awful.
2.The number 2 candle ordered with the cake is broken thus making it useless.
3.We had ordered the cake for 1st Feb birthday, and it was scheduled to be delivered by today evening ftom 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.However it got delivered 10 am today morning.We wanted fresh cake for our daughters birthday, however now it would be 12 hours frozen.
Further when I called your winni store in Jammu to give feedback on our delivery, Mr.Sandeep Gupta was very reluctant even to listen to us and blamed us stating that we must have distorted the cake and now complaining.Is this the way customer service works.Is this how reputation is built.Who would purposely spoil daughters birthday cake and ruin emotions and sentiments. With this sort of response will anyone like to use Winni services in future.We are very disappointed with this sort of service and behavior.
We even spoke to your customer service based in Punjab, Miss Miasha, asked us to drop email with pictures.Please find attached the picture.

Why do you take order for cake that you dont intend to fulfill?

I placed order for a plumcake for parents. This year we missed being with them due to the pandemic.
In such times too such spineless and shameless companies take money and deliver a very spoilt and hopless pudding in a mangled box (Imagine if the box is mangled how would the content inside be). This was supposed to be delivered on 23rd December. Upon repeated reminders, (So I pay money and also keep following up. Its not in their ethics to execute an order) we finally got the cake with above description on 28th December. Upon complaining they promised to replace it with an other cake. When we inquired they said they have already delivered and wont be entertaining our request.
When we approached DTDC, we were given a so called tracking number for our cake, they said they have no such records. Finally cake arrived through speed post. How hopeless are you guys!
How low can you guys stoop for money? There are so many charity centres that will happily feed you without the need for cheating people and polluting your soul.

Rude customer service
I've tried a lot of such services providers but Winni is the worst. We ordered a Vanilla cake for our anniversary and a chocolate cake was delivered, without the msg that I asked them to attach. The customer service representative said that the refund won't be possible and that the cake would be replaced and the response was very rude. Worst service worst product. Winni should be ashamed for this and for looting customers.. Shame on you.

I ordered photo mug on 14th dec20, to be delivered by 17thdec20 as a birthday surprise gift. They promised and took the booking. But today its not yet delivered and on inquiring with the customer service, she said that it will be delviered in 2 days. I kept saying you promised today and she didnot listen to me and just kept on saying, it will be delivered in 2 days. Unprofessional service. In the first case, I booked a birthday with midnight delivery and it was delivered art 0945pm.

I have placed a order of 500 gm cake, Name of the cake was, " Rich and Sweet Black forest cake " review Were also very good for this cake so I placed a order but instead of this cake they delivered a normal plain black forest cake which will not even cost Rs 300, they delivered it to my friend place ... every product which was ordered like rose bouquet chocolate everything they have sent of their choice instead of the one which we have placed a order, such a pathetic service

Fraud with product delivery

I have ordered a cake online from Winni.in amounting Rs. 949(paid online) Order Detail[protected], on Sep 29, 2020 for delivery on Oct 10, 2020. After 10 days they have delivered a very different product than what I ordered amounting to Rs 350.(Invoice attached in below photos)
When I asked them for refund they denied and told me to consider what they have sent. This a case of gross fraud as the product I have ordered and paid for is completely different from what they had delivered.
Moreover the price of the cake they delivered is 3 times less than what they have charged me online. It is gross violation of COPRA Act 2019 and they are refusing to acknowledge it.

I ordered chocolates to my wife on her birthday because thier fake reviews was on sites look like genuine, i paid 649 rs for chocolates and time slot 21/09/2020 2 to 6 pm, than i waited their calls but there is no call and msg received, i checked my mail from winni( order delivered successfully), i go to their website which states that order is completed when i msg them via online chat room(given in website totally fraud with zero knowledge support) they said your order returned because you didn't picked up our call (preet), another one was saying your phone was unreachable so order returned you have to pay a re delivery charges of 150 via online payment link...

Above product - chocolate, 09x diyas and greeting card - ordered under Diwali Category of the website on 11 Nov 20 by order number[protected] to be delivered on 14 Nov 20 (Diwali).
1. Product shown and the one delivered is totally different. Cheap, white wax Substandard diyas sent instead of the coloured ones shown in the picture. I can upload the image but no such facility here.
2. Diwali gift delivered 3 days post Diwali. And no such intimation while ordering endorsed by the site.
3. Asked me to write a personal message with the gift. That personal message was nowhere to be seen when gift got delieverd.
Overall rating :-

Raised a order around first half of the day. Promise was to deliver before 9 PM.
I reached out to customer care and requested for prioritizing the delivery. and informed that this is a surprised birthday cake and to call recipient for full address while product is out for delivery.
At 6 they tried to deliver but recipient(my friend) didn't accept due to a strange order. But at 6.35 i received email that they delivered it. At 8 PM i followed up and informed and clarified and requested to do it again and they promised to do before 9 PM(which is there normal slot). And when i called at 9.35 they said, they will try to deliver before 10.30 and if not their doors are open even tomorrow to deliver. (Mr Akash spoke to me at 8.00 PM). And now they say they can't refund but can deliver tomorrow for today's birthday. Wow hats off to the Management team and the people who are handling calls. Absolutely disappointed with the service. I want full refund for the mental tension that we had to undergo and not getting the product on time and spilling our good moments.

Worst Service. I didn't get my order
I have ordered the cake for 24th night. They failed to deliver and said to deliver on 25th afternoon at 1pm but i didn't get the cake I called them and they said it will deliver by 9pm it's 10pm but I didn't get the cake. Our occasion was also completed. They have spoiled my surprise plan. I just asking to take a severe action on this. I don't want to anybody to suffer like me and spoil their plans because of them. If there any negative rating I will prefer to give them. Such worst

Holding the money in the account and repeated false commitments

If the option of zero or negative star would have been available then I will definitely go for it while reviewing the services of this worst app I have ever used "winni". In my first and the last experience I will request everyone please don't waste your hard earned money on such corrupt people.
I never had a habit of posting negative reviews for anyone but this time I am really very much irritated. Just trusting their services I ordered Rakhi combo under same day delivery scheme. I was very well knowing that I am paying triple the actual costing just for getting good services but instead of delivery I got a call from the vendor after 24 hrs of placing the order that he will not deliver my order and I should request the company to cancel it. I tried calling their customer care number which is always not reachable. Finally next day afternoon the call was luckily connected and the customer care executive told me that the order will be delivered within next 3 hrs. But as expected it was not delivered and not even a single call was made informing the status. As it was very urgent and important for me I made call after every 5 hours but every time I got the same reply but not the delivery. After 4 days of placing the order they have automatically cancelled it and transferred my prepaid amount into their wallet. I requested the customer care executive as you have already not delivered my order and wasted my plenty of time by giving repeatedly false assurance but now transfer my money back into my account. And once again I committed a mistake of trusting these corrupt people as she told that the money will be automatically transferred to the account within 5 days. I waited for more than 10 days and when nothing was done from their end, I again called at customer care number and this time their rude, unprofessional customer care executive told me that they don't have any provision of returning my money and it's my mistake.
I have suffered a lot in terms of my money and my important time because of ordering through this app and now request everyone go for any possible alternate but never ever order through winni.

Delivered worst quality of product

I have ordered fresh "blooming insight - rose flowers", a greeting card and big cadbury celebrations pack for my wife on her birthday (12-aug-20). I have ordered 2 days in advance and i got confirmation too from winni.
The delivery time would be 10 am - 9pm and i said ok.
On 12-aug-20, the delivery message was not done till 5 pm in the evening. I followed then using chat option several times regarding the delivery and they said we will deliver it on time.
I received my order and to my surprise, they have arranged everything with the local vendor at the last minute. I have received low quality different product instead of the ordered one.
I have ordered fresh roses (10 pcs) and they delivered only 6 which is already dead roses
I have ordered greeting card and they delivered 10 rps card
I have ordered cadbury celebrations pack, but they sent 3 daily milk chocolates worth of 80 rps in a plastic cover. Even it was not packed.
I have paid 1323 rps including delivery and what they deliver is for 300 rps. I have reported this to winni customer care and what they offer is 100 rps refund also they said that the location is remote thats why they could not arrange properly. I have checked with them before ordering and they said yes. Also the customer representative said that we will send these kind of shipment to the remote location and what sort of attitude is this?
Totally ruined the occasion and dont beleive in them. They are not fit to run this business very worst. This is my first time order to them and i have experienced this.
Can anyone suggest me how can i lodge an complaint against them, since they are looting our hard earned money.
My suggestion we can deliver whatever we can but do not beleive in these people anymore.
Whether kanchipuram is a remote location, if yes then they should not have this option for delivery.

My sister had ordered a rakhi and sonpampdi. The took extra money for same day delivery. They did not deliver the same day. Next day they delivered me only tge rakhi. Tbey perhaps ate my sonpamdi and took my sisters money.
No ine shoud order through this winnie company. It is fraud and cheats people. It takes advantage of lockdown. FRAUD COMPANY WINNI

Fooling customers by fake commitments
I ordered a rakhi combo for same day delivery from winni and they accepted the order by showing the expected delivery time of 1pm to 9 pm for the same day. The rakhi didn't get deliver. I tried reaching their customer support by live chatting and their was no response and then I tried calling their number and was busy all day. Finally I mailed them about the situation and they lied to me that the rakhi was already delivered. How far these people can go for money. Did fake commitments to customers and tried fooling them.
If they cannot deliver the product on time then they should not accept the orders. It is really pathetic and annoying. The rakhi got delivered one day after rakhi and worst part was that the delivery boy told he cannot deliver the pack of sweets now and will bring it another day and nobody came.
What do these people think of themselves. I wasted approx 1400 rupees on this. They should be banned!!
I want my money back. Kindly ask them to take back their package and refund all my money.

On the occasation of Rakhabandhan placed an order for the Product "World best Bhai" and I paid Rs. 795 for the product which is a combo Rakhi, Rasgulla and other items wherein only Rasgulla were delivered under order id [protected] on 2nd August.
On 3rd August when I was called up the customer care team they said that it will be delivered on 3rd itself before 10 PM but again it was not delivered.However it was not delivered.
On 4th August, When i called up again neither they are giving the refund nor delivering the product.

I have ordered a cake and choclates for rakhshabandhan on 3rd august 2020. After taking delivery charges, they have not delivered the cake and choclate. Also they don't have any address on website nor there customer care number was working on 3rd august 2020.
I have asked them to cancel the order today (4.8.2020) but they are denying.

On line delivery of flowers, cakes
On 13th, I booked an order no. [protected] for 2344/- INR for my daughters 18 th birthday. Winni webside confirmed delivery feom 7-10 pm. Till 10 pm, I was in constant touxh with your chat, but cake not delivered citing COVID as reason though on line delivery was opened up by Government. I ordered through Swiggy and cake was delivered within 50 mts.
Though fully shaken, I thought about putting my faith in Winni one more time and yesterday I gave an order no. [protected] for 898/-INR. Occassion was my 26th wedding anniversary. To my dismay, at 10 pm again like last time, I was informed that due to rains delivery cannot be done. I informed Winni chat team and helpline that its not raining, but drizling, but, no one helped. I again gave an order with Swiggy and the cake was delivered in 40 mts flat.
The above proves beyond reasonable doubt that WINNI is highly unprofessional and claim of 100 %smile guaranteed is FALSE.
I was promised a refund in my account for first order mentioned above within 7-10 working days. Today is 47th day and even though I have follwed it up by mail, chat and helpline, numerous times, my account is not credited and no reason given except cut paste of standard phrases.
If team Winni has any shame and if this is not a SCAM of holding public money illegally without giving interest by delaying refund inthe name of proceedural red tape in this age where money can be transferred to any account at click of a button, you are requested to immediately refund by tomorrow INR 2344+INR 898 total INR 3242.
Informed Winni in writing numerous times that I am not interested in my amount credited in Winni credit and forwarded my Band details for credit.
No refund till date. Please help

This company should be immediately close so that customers in market place does not face any further cheating.
They accept orders but while delivering it is completely up-to their wish. So in all cases when you order for an apple you will get an orange or would not get anything at all

Respected sir/madam, i have ordered a cake through https://www.winni.in/ website on[protected] around 1.30pm and the payment for rs.599 was done through netbanking. It was mentioned that the cake would be delivered in slot 3pm-9pm the same day.
But the item was not delivered and they have sent the message for item delivered. The also marked the order status in website as order completed. I tried to contact their support team and they weren't giving me the contact number of delivered person. They were not supportive. Also i tried to contact them through different media's like phone, facebook, instagram. I didn't get any update.
Even on 30th may i again contacted them and they didn't give me any proper update. Later i could find from the instagram page that they are fraud. I would like to complaint against them and would need help on this. I am hereby attaching the chat records done on 29th and 30th of may and the order details.
Kindly help me with getting the refund and to take proper action against this website so that nobody would be decieved again.

I ordered a cake on Mothers day[protected] to be delivered to my mother.
Order No:[protected](Winni Cakes). They took the money but did not deliver.And they do not respond to our complaints. They do not even reveal their contact numbers. Kindly render justice. Will go to court if needed.

मैं आपको winni.in वेबसाइट के बारे में बताने जा रही हूं। इस वेबसाइट के जरिए आप cakes, greeting cards, gifts ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं। लेकिन यह लोग सिर्फ आपको ठगने का काम करते हैं। इस वेबसाइट के जरिए मैं बेवकूफ बन गई इसीलिए यह बात मैं सबको बताना चाहूंगी कि मेरी तरह कोई और इस वेबसाइट की चुंगल में ना फंसे। 10 मई को मदर्स डे था और मैं अपनी mother को सरप्राइज देना चाहती थी लेकिन इस वेबसाइट की वजह से मेरा सारा प्लान खराब हो गया और मेरे emotions भी hurt हुए।
9 मई को मैंने इस website से 1 cake (599 ₹), 1 greeting card (125 ₹) और 1 lotus candle (99 ₹) ऑर्डर किया था,,, जब delivery boy ऑर्डर लेकर आया तो उसने मुझे cake दिया और greeting card ऐसे ही बिना envelope के पकड़ा दिया और कहा कि आप ऑर्डर चैक करलो।
मैंने सबसे पहले cake देखा जो कि बहुत ही वाहियात दिख रहा था क्योंकि इस cake की design वो नहीं थी जो मैंने select की थी,,, इस पर delivery boy ने ये कहा कि "madam आप design क्यों चैक कर रही हो,, lockdown में आपको cake मिल रहा है यही बहुत बड़ी बात है और वैसे भी आपको flavour से मतलब होना चाहिए"।
फिर मैंने greeting card देखा जो किसी angle से 125 ₹ का नहीं था क्योंकि बहुत low category का दिख रहा था,,, उसके बाद मैंने lotus candle चैक करी जो उसमें थी ही नहीं,, इस पर delivery boy का ये कहना था कि "lotus candle" की payment आपको refund कर दी जाएगी"
