I would like to address the problem that I've been facing while doing the Background Verification process as a part of the selection process. The link to access the iCIMS candidate desktop for background verification is not working. I have mailed already regarding the same. Then I've been informed that the link would be re-triggered.It's been 3 days but the problem still remains unresolved. I am also attaching a screenshot to understand the problem better.and my job ID is[protected]

Therefore, it is my humble request to solve this problem for me as soon as possible and help me complete my process.

    Unable to upload my pan card in the embark portal

    i got my bgv link 7 days ago .in my embark poratl i am uploading my pancard in the pancard section but later on it is showing in the other documents section. can you please suggest me some ways what is the problem and how to solve it?...

    Hello sir,
    My resume no. is 21077446. I am trying to open the courses but the tab isn't working. I opened it yesterday but the session got expired in between and since then none of the courses are opening. There's is a deadline for course, how will I complete them if they don't open. After selecting pjp core none of the tabs work. Even for login it takes 5 mins. And today when I tried to login it first showed waiting for wipro.. and then showing an error saying that "service unavailable".
    Please help me out with the same.

      Hello team,

      This is regarding on boarding, i got an email of appointment from hr on 13th sep, in appointment letter it was mentioned that i have to join on 15th sep but i didn't receive any link also hr is not receiving my calls.
      Someone please tell me when will i receive my on boarding link?

        I have been selected in the WILP 21 program and received my background verification letter a couple of weeks ago. But whenever I try to open the portal for the submission of documents, a error always occurs and shows the page can't be found. It's almost 2 week and the same issue is occurring.
        I have tried contacting the wipro manager, but there is still no solution regarding this.
        I will be really helpful if an adequate solution can be provided to me ASAP.

        They provided me with a Link later on and I was able to complete the BGV
        Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Hi I am ex Wipro Employee worked from[protected]. EMP ID 315012
            I have requested my PF balance as the Wipro employee PF is managed differently as trust and cannot be checked in the government EPF portal.

            I live in Sydney Australia and wrote multiple emails but no response.

            With Wipro its been real struggle to check the PF balance regularly.

                Resume no: 20865984.I have not received onboarding forms yet but in last campus connect session 16.9.21 it was told that everyone will get the onboarding forms within afternoon of 17.9.21 but still the forms are not found in embark portal but my onboarding is on Sep 24th and my joining date is September 27.

                  I have Received two mails yesterday regarding my onboarding process and LOI .
                  I logged in my icims account and I have successfully accepted and submitted the LOI. Moving forward to BGV and Onboarding embark section for uploading my documents it showing a sorry error and the page opening after clicking on BGV Its showing a message on it (Resource cannot be found) .So Please fix this issue as soon as possible and help me with the next steps that i can proceed for BGV and Onboarding embark. Revert me back if you need any further information or help from my end.Hoping to hear from you soon.Its already been 4 days please help me with the proper response.

                      My last working day in wipro was 27 Aug 2021 and till now i hae not received my final settlement amount.

                      the HRSS team is not responding to my mails and there is no response for the ticket i have raised in alumini portal. even HR also not responding to mails.

                              Profile picture upload error

                              My resume number is 20937666 and i accepted Letter of Authorization in the Background verification -- fill more profile details.when i tried to upload profile picture in personal details it showing profile pic upload error.I want to bring the issue into your knowledge I have tried multiple times to upload profile photo but it only gives the error showing profile pic upload error.

                              I had completed my WISTA as MTech student in 2018 in the Organization. But the testimonial for the same was not provided at that time.
                              My overall experience in Wipro is 6.7 years ( June 2014 to January 2021). But I am provided with Service letter only from 2018 till the last working date.

                              I am not getting any response from the Wipro HRSS team in getting the testimonial letter for the WISTA experience even though I am trying to reach them through email from past couple of months.

                                I am ex-Wiprote, my employee number was 834496 and left in Feb, 2021. I am unable to login into my alumini Account while sign in.

                                When I use Sign In option it is reaching to Sign Up page, after filling the required information like Employee Number, Year & Month of Left, I am getting an error message that "You are already a registered user. Please Sign In to proceed"

                                    Ideal time to complete f&f settlement and all in wipro is 60 days from last working days. Its been more than 60 day, i haven't received my experience certificate as well as any documents from wipro yet . Even HR and management aren't responding . Never thought wipro's alumni service would be that dull .
