I have left the company in July, but the asset is not taken by the team.
I have written tons of mail, to hr/asset release team, but there is no reply.
I request you to look into the matter, so that they can issue it ASAP, as it is needed by my current employer.
Also, my final settlement amount has also not been credited.

    After accepting the LOI I'm trying to the BGV link, but it us expired. And I'm not getting regeneration option. Kindly help me in resolving this issue

                1. Unable to access alumni portal after being verified using employee number, year of resignation and month.

                  I am not able to load the page for uploading the documents. I have tried every suggested approach including regenerating the password, clearing history and cache and even using different browsers all in vain. I need to upload the documents by 25th August, 2021. Kindly help.

                    I got selected in Linux Admin-Administrator position and also HR round also completed. They had word me to release offer letter and share link to complete Application. Also, I share Aadhar card, and details. Now she is telling offered job position is closed after processing. Considering this as fraud against to keep hold and disputing against word. Please look into this. I lost my in earlier hand job due to this.

                        I got the link second time but it's not working again. The last date is 25th aug 2021.
                        Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Today I got another mail saying that I will be provided by the new triggered link soon and they will make contact with me. Tomorrow is the last date and that is the real problem. Either the company should extend the date or send the BGV link. There's so much of stress. I tried calling the toll free number at first it told me to enter my resume no. when I entered my resume no. it said it's not correct then after trying for sometime it said press 1 to confirm the number when I pressed 1 it said it's not correct then it said number of attempts finished and it's going to connect to a reprentative I was finally relaxed for some seconds and the call was cut eventually. Its stressing me out.
                        Kindly help please

                            Wipro Background verification link is not working, even though they sent me another link, it is also not working.it almost 18 days iam trying but facing the same issue every time. It shows " The page you are requested was not found" When I clicked on go back to home it shows login using corporate button, but wipro didn't provide a login & password. There are only 2 days left for me to submit my documents. They sent me new links but iam facing the same issue again and again. Can any one solve this issue.

                                Hello,
                                My resume number is 20824903.
                                I have already uploaded the documents on iverify portal on 13th April 2021 but some documents are not submitted properly. I received the mail to upload the mandatory documents before 25th August 2021 otherwise my LOI will be revoked. I am logging on to Embark and then in my profile, When I'm trying to upload the document but I am not able to upload or delete the documents. But I can view the already uploaded documents. So I request you to help me upload the documents.

                                    My resume no is 20832493 and I am unable to complete documentation - BGV. It gives me an error message after I click on 'Fill Profile Details'
                                    I have now received an email from Wipro that 25th Aug is the last day but I have been trying this for.a month now but no luck. I have written several emails for help but got no response yet. I am interested to join and I really need help to complete my background verification process.
