Complaint marked as Resolved I would like to address the problem that I've been facing while doing the Background Verification process as a part of the selection process. The link to access the iCIMS candidate desktop for background verification is not working. I have mailed already regarding the same. Then I've been informed that the link would be re-triggered.It's been 4 days but the problem still remains unresolved. I am also attaching a screenshot to understand the problem better and my job ID is 2021-2691831
Therefore, it is my humble request to solve this problem for me as soon as possible and help me complete my process.
