I got the document verification mail from wipro . But while uploading document i getting errors like LOI file not found errors while uploading document

    I have submitted my profile for background verification but forgot to attach my pan card before. Now its displaying, I cannot modify it. Yesterday, I received a mail telling my profile is incomplete, but the link provided to modify is also not working.

          I had to upload my documents for background verification through candidate desktop by 4th July, but link provided was not working.It said the web page you are looking for is unavailable.I took it to the notice of manager.[protected]@wipro.com but received no help.

          is there any other option for background verification other than through candidate desktop?

              Dear Sir/Ma'am,
              I would like to address the problem that I've been facing while doing the Background Verification process as a part of the selection process. The link to access the iCIMS candidate desktop for background verification is not working. I have mailed already regarding the same. Then I've been informed that the link would be re-triggered.It's been 15 days but the problem still remains unresolved. I am also attaching a screenshot to understand the problem better.

              Therefore, it is my humble request to solve this problem for me as soon as possible and help me complete my process.

                        I am trying to withdraw my PF because its been two months since I left the job and I need funds. I contacted my HR, she asked me to share the details on mail. I did the same but there is no update. I tried to raise a ticket on their alumni portal as well but that portal is not working. After that I wrote an email to their HRSS team still there is no response from anyone. Please help.

                            Hello sir,
                            My resume no. is 21077026. I am trying to open the courses but the tab isn't working. I opened it yesterday for like three hours but the session got expired in between and since then none of the courses are opening. There's is a deadline for each course, how will I complete them if they don't open. After selecting pjp core none of the tabs work. Even for login it takes 5 mins.

                                Good morning.

                                My name is Jayant Kumar(Employee id: 829231). I worked at wipro technologies (Greater Noida/Gurgoan) from 09/02/2012 to 14/05/2018.

                                Currently, am applying for Green Card Processing. One of the crucial steps to get an experience letter from all the places i have worked so far.

                                I do have an reliving letter which was sent to me as part of, off-boarding, however it doesn't have all the details i need.

                                On my experience letter, i would like this text to appear, "Jayant Kumar has worked 40 hours per week as a full time employee".
                                Also, I would like to add few more bullet points to the my role and responsibility in experience section.

                                  This is to bring to the notice that I have received a defective product as a replacement.

                                  I have raised a complaint on the 28th of June 2021 for Wipro Garnet SMART WiFi LED Batten and it took almost a month to receive the replacement.

                                  When opening the package it was already being used by someone which was clearly in bad condition. For your information I have attached the pictures of the same.

                                  I'm totally disappointed with the service and support.

                                  I kindly request to take a immediate action and send me a working product as soon as possible.
