After uploading the documents for background verification process in the embark portal im unable to go to next step in the process. im getting the issue to enter the mobile number even it is entered and it is unable to edit. So, kindly please resolve my issue im facing

    I have bought this table lamp from Amazon on 19 Sep and it was working fine till today when the brightness has suddenly dimmed. The product is under warranty for 1 year. Could you please replace the product

      I am unable to open the link for background verification as iCIMS portal is not working.
      When I am trying to login to the portal, I am getting an error as attached below saying that "Sorry, the page you requested was not found."

      Please look into this issue and kindly retrigger the link as soon as possible.

            Hello, I'm a freshger and I'm trying to upload documents for bgv clarification and the msg generated as it uploaded successfully but not able to see the uploaded file . Plz anyone help me with the same I'm trying it from last 4-5 days . Also I'm trying to consult with manager.[protected]@wipro.com but they didn't replied me till now . please help me with this .

              Unable to open link for background verification as iCIMS portal is not woking. Kindly retrigger the link ASAP.
              When i try to login to portal i get an error :- Error: You do not have permission to access the requested iForm. This may occur if you have already completed this iForm or if the token has expired.
              I am able to login to the portal using https://careers-wipro.icims.com/ using same email but when i go to iforms and click on Verification or Onboarding embark i get a new window with an error message

              error -Sorry, the page you requested was not found.

              I have got a background verification mail to upload adhaar and pan card mandatorily.but i have error in my pan card it takes around 15-30 days to change that but deadline is 20 days to submit .is there any other way i can resolve this issue for uploading pan card?

                  Dear Wipro Campus Hiring team,

                            After filling the graduation educational details, I uploaded the pdf containing my graduation marksheets, the upload was successful. But I was having some confusion with the pdf name and hence i deleted the previously uploaded pdf. After deleting that pdf, i was not able to upload another pdf and hence i refreshed the page, but now i am not getting any such option of document upload in one of my education field, and my other educational documents, such as marksheets of 10th and 12th are shown to be uploaded but are not visible. Another issue is, I got an email that my embark profile is locked due to 5 wrong password attempts, but i am not able to unlock it, because as soon as i click on the password reset link the link is shown to be expired.

                                I accepted letter of authorization and filled my profile details, but unable change my date of birth as that option is not enabling and unable to upload the required documents as I am not getting upload documents option.
