It has been 5 days since wishnet has stopped giving internet and their phone line keeps saying this customer is talking to another call please try again later

Very poor internet facility from past 3 months. Customer satisfaction zero. No help from officials.I complain everyday but no satisfactory results from the other side.They give false hope that it will be fixed but they do not fix . I want my problem to be fixed or i want my money back

How to use OTT platform with every online recharge. every month i recharge bronze 70 plan online but unable to use any OTT platform. please inform how can i have this facility.

Every 2 hours interval internet service is unavailable for next 1 one. Wishnet support keeps on giving false promises of resolving the issue asap, but the issue is still not resolved.

I availed Wishnet two months ago. From the day the connection was installed, the level o[censored]nprofessionalism showcased by the providers led me to wonder whether Wishnet cares at all about it's customers. After googling, I saw a lot of people have this problem. The service providers are nasty, take too long to update the internet pack, and owning to this I lose out on my office work. I am currently working from home and a day off the internet takes away valuable company time for which money is deducted. I am residing in lake gardens area and my Wishnet service provider is the most nastiest, most unprofessional, and most frustrating person ever.
Please demote such level o[censored]nprofessionalism showcased by your representatives. It is very frustrating, and surmounts to cheating because you guys are taking the money without providing a decent service.

Internet is not working at all. Cannot work from home.

My wifi plan is bronze 70, but when I use it, it is not giving me even 1mb speed also. When I will try to download anything it will give maximum speed of 500 kb. I have called consumer care of wish net still my problem isn't solved yet. It's really disappointing me because my mobile net gives more speed than my wifi. Please try to fix this problem asap.

This to inform that I am facing issues with connectivity for long time. Almost Everyday between 1 pm and 8 pm there are issues where either connection is not there at all or the bandwidth drops significantly which hugely impacts my office work especially conference calls over internet. I took Gold80 plan and it expires in July.

I want to officially lodge a complaint as after many call to wish net support team and technical teams visiting my place I can see Wishnet is very very reluctant to permanently solve the issue. I NEED ASSURANCE O[censored]NINTERRUPTED INTERNET CONNECTIVITY.

Because of poor service I want to discontinue the contract asap before the contracted period which is 20th Jul 2021. Please raise the disconnection request and let me know the procedures and if I will get any refunds from devices installed during original setup on 23rd March 2021.

I have recharged my connection still no internet.the customer service department, does not knows their job.please reconnect my services.

I want lo lodge a complaint against your service providers near my locality as the service provided by them is really pathetic and lagging.

They can’t make any commitment regarding the service resulting in hampering of Work from home scenario and virtual classes.

Lets take a current scenario,

I am not able to do my work from yesterday evening and on enquiring they told that it will be okay at 7:30pm and again on taking follow ups they are just saying it will be done.

But they main issue is that after calling and enquiring they switch off their phones and this is really irritating . The same is the issue from every one of the locality having Wishnet connection.

Could you please look into this matter with priority as it already hampered my 1 day work already and till now it is not fixed.

I would demand proper service if I am paying for it else I would have to terminate this long bond .

Poor signal strength for all device in my home.

I have recharged your bronze plan yesterday. The payment has been done online. Earlier I used to do offline payment directly to " maa tara network'- our internet service provider.
From today afternoon, I am not getting internet connectivity. I told the service provider they said they would charge 200 rupees for no reason.
It might be because I have not paid the amount offline to them.

I need my problem to be resolved now . I have called at the help line no. but nothing has been done. I suspect a foul play here. Probably ISP of our area is involved.

Its my earnest request to you please do not harass your customers like this.

ISP is doing a foul play because I have paid the amount online and not through them.

I am fed up with this service provider... Most of the time it has no internet connection.. At first my provider asked me to hav an optic fibre then they asked me to increase the money of monthly pack but there is no change... Most of the days most of the time it has no internet connection...worst experience..

When I took this wish net internet connection the local operator of Tetultala - laketown Mr Subrata and Mr Subhadip das told that the installation charge is fully refundable.. but when I wanted to withdraw the service due to poor connection and poor customer service they told they have a company policy of providing 50% refund.. however when I connected to wish net customer care they told they don't have any such policy... The local operators are cheating customers and wish net are least bothered.. very very very trouble some company.. very dissatisfied. Local operators are lazy and don't work as expected and they show lot of attitude

I recharged my bronze 80 plan tonight at 1:26 am and still my net is not working, while login it's showing no active but in the wishnet website it's showing i have active plans. Please help me..i never faced this problem before, i have my exams tomorrow.

Network is extremely slow. The people sitting at customer service desk are simply useless and close the incidents raised without providing solutions. We have raised complaints several time but in time. If our issue is not resolved in next 24 hours we would raise this up with the consumer forum.

It seems Wishnet team, email is [protected]@wishnet.co.in does not reply to mail from registered e mail id . Mail was shared on 18th Nov 2020. I raised two the dockets. But they were closed without any update.
Today also I payed the bill, still my account is not yet activated even after 3 hrs. I called up help line number [protected] but support team also has no idea when my account will be reactivated.
I missed my office work due to this no service from wishnet.
