First of all, i connected my wifi and homepage isnt appearing where one can sign in. i dont wanna mention their base speed. [censored]iest service ever. They don't give a fux about resolving problems. I called customer care about 3 times and they didnt pick up. Guess they were smoking pot i believe. Just a word for you service providers, sell your company if you cant keep up.

I am getting packet loss in valorant (game)
in the video its clearly showing network problem and packet loss going 20% - 50%
fix my routing issue and game lag as soon as possible
i have lot of tournaments going so i have to attend hope you guys can understand what broadband means to me thank you hope for quick response from your side.

This December Me and my friends using Wishnet are facing Packet Loss. I have called their call center few times and still issue hasn't been fixed yet.
I am having these issues from Burdwan. I want to say that if you did not give proper speed, so give my money of the this month with installation charge. Why i am being cheated by Wishnet internet service. Is it the Wishnet terms and condition?...

Download speed is very low after taking 25mbps plan network problems are frequent bad service response i have to give frequent. Dockets for my network problems to be fixed here is the no of the service provider.

I have installed wishnet yesterday. It is activated but I am not receiving any internet.

Wishnet isn't resolving internet issue after repeatedly complaining them for the past three months since 24/08/2020. They give the same reason that they have forwarded the issue to their responsible engineer but the engineer haven't really worked towards resolving the issue at all.

My Wishnet customer id is 236483. I did the online recharge from Wishnet self care portal by using this link https://wishnet.in/login/ on 24th Oct, 2020 at around 1AM midnight. Recharge done successfully through UPI. Money deducted from the bank and also my selfcare portal also updated with the active plan. But when I connect my laptop with Wishnet ineternet it shows a login screen. No confirmation of recharge successful from Wishnet also received via SMS. This is a total scam and fraud. I called their support number 10 times in last 30 minutes, no one picked up the phone. If with in 2 hours my internet not active then refund my money asap. Build your website and portal by a good web developer.

I completed my recharge process yesterday but still my net is not working...the amount was deducted from my bank but wishnet self care transaction history is showing no transaction is been done WTF

Sir at 30 th of sep I tried to recharge my wish net through instant recharge bt I can't get any confirmation of reacharge successful bt transaction is deducted from my bank account and no confirmation of recharge successful is there .now I want that to refund that I HV bank details and Messege also

My self sumit majumder. My contact [protected]. I am using 590 rs silver pack where internet speed suppose to be 70mbps. I am getting 14mbps which is totally wrong. Every day two-three time interruption of service is add on.

Kindly look into this. If you do continue this type of service i must say u will not stay in competition.

Hi, i am using wishnet broadband fiber connection at home last 3 month. But i am facing several issue like internet speed /ping loss. I am using bronze 80 package but getting most of the time max 40mbps speed and latency is high. When i try to contact local operator they did't any repaly and also not pick phone. And also many time to try contact helpline number they also not doing anything

I am a wishnet user for many years now as our local operator wont allow any of the competition to enter our kasba area. The local operators are dacoits, they used to charge 200 bucks extra for cheaper packages claiming that they charge it for service which i hardly get. That is resolved now as i recharge online and hence pay the actual charge for the package.
I had persistent speed related issues for which i had complained a number of times. Everytime they asked me to change the cable or install optical fibre to enhance my speed. Recently, i had to install optical fibre as i was working from home and i was promised that my speed will increase. I have recharged a package for 80mbps but am getting a speed of 8mbps. I lodged a complaint but the customer service is pathetic and just gave me a docket number. The issue is not yet resolved. Can you please help me get the service?

These kind of dockets just stay pending and then gets closed.
Please help me to get the service for which i had to pay 3000 bucks for my installation.

Dear sir,

I live in darjeeling (734101) and here the internet service provider (Wishnet) is running a service all over the district, however they do not provide their customers with any documents like customer id, or registration information. If i call the customer care for any issues then they says that i am not registered for their service. That means my account is not yet registered with them.

I don't have any information or details to share which specify my wishnet account, because they never provided such.

Could you please investigate if wishnet service provided is the verified service provider in our area and not running fake business. I have a strong feeling that they they are fake because they don't provide any document related to wishnet service.

They took rs4000 for new connection and said i have to pay rs 650 as rental. Wherein the actual rental is rs 499 in their official website.

After the successful connection, it worked for 1 day and then it's went off. I don't have connectivity now. When i try to call their contact number ([protected]), it's switch off. And if i call customer care ([protected]) they look for customer id or registered number and says i'm not registered.

What should i do now. Please help.

Worst Customer care executives as they are so much casual on everything. I am facing ping loss issue hence my whole day work are getting hampered as I am working from home. But your team not taking it seriously as well your customer care executive. Imfact the executive's senior also so busy that he cannot pick up the call. I tweeted about the dis satisfaction service from your company.. Really hopeless team.. No escalation team also present in your company. Hopeless.

My name is Adhiraj Ganguly, i am a user of wishnet. I want to complain against wishnet regarding their services they provide. Most of the time they have issue with their servers. We pay them for getting a smooth and stable Internet connection but they always have issues.. Infact their customer service agents don't pick up any calls.

I took wishnet broadband connection on 13th sept 2020.

Wishnet installation representative confirmed that usage of custom dns is allowed by them. I paid him the installation charges.

A week later, i noticed that wishnet is ignoring my custom dns request and forcing me to use their own dns.

After calling customer care, their representative clearly mentioned "if you have to use wishnet, you must...

From last night my internet service has totally stopped. So I am suffering from a lot of problems as in present lockdown situation, I and my family have to access internet in all kinds of official works. And this is not the problem of a particular day. Poor internet service and as well as disconnection of it used to happen here frequently.
Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.

Very bad service. Never get true speed as per pack plan. High ping drop issue.in every 30 min there are "30 sec no internet loop" where i completely disconnected from internet for 30-40 sec. After that connection re-established. Every night after 11 pm internet become 2g. Worst broadband service ever. I'll never suggest wishnet if mine problem not be solved quickly.

I am wishnet since 1 year but never got the real speed as per pack plan i used to recharge. Recently i have Freedom plan that have 100 mbps speed. But never got that speed anytime. But also this connection sucks. Highly unstable. My number [protected]

My internet connection is lost from previous at 8 pm i cannot get my connection i have some urgent work but i can't.in a day many times connection is lost and i have consulted with wishnet toll-free number and tell them my problem. I have docket against my problem but i can't receive any message from there're i think docket is not done from their end. Very bad services. All-time they told us to check out is going on from wishnet end. But can't solve any problem. I have wasted my money on this bad connection. And this problem face also my local friend
