Wish Net — issue with dns in wishnet broadband service

I took wishnet broadband connection on 13th sept 2020.

Wishnet installation representative confirmed that usage of custom dns is allowed by them. I paid him the installation charges.

A week later, i noticed that wishnet is ignoring my custom dns request and forcing me to use their own dns.

After calling customer care, their representative clearly mentioned "if you have to use wishnet, you must use wishnet dns only".

This is 100% cheating from wishnet represenatatives. They force you to use their own service.

For customers it is important of have freedom. Contradicting verbal statements from representatives causes confusion and now i paid 3000 rupees and am stuck with this fraud company.
