Had ordered cupcakes and had confirmed with the whether the required design can be done. Only after that I had placed the order. 1.Had paid extra for night delivery but recieved early 6.30pm 2. Cupcakes were melted squished and in a terrible condition, 3. Not at all what I had asked for. 4.by the time I could sent them the pics which they asked for their service is shut. Waiting for their reply and need a refund I'm uploading 2 pics of what I ordered and what I recieved. I need refund. And never pls never order online. Ruined my surprise for my niece.
