Wishacupcake.com — not getting refund

This is in reference to a cake which i have ordered for my anniversary on 19th october in mangalore location. I paid 2099 but later on cake was not delivered and they mailed that refund initiated but till now i didn’t get my refund. I mailed them then they asked for my bank details but after giving my bank details no response n till now i didn’t get the refund. I am trying to contact them but till now no response.. Kindly help me..
