I have placed an order on this company on 14th Feb'17 and it has to be delivered on below details. DELIVERY DETAILS DELIVERY DATE:14/02/2017 TIME SLOT:2:00 pm – 4:00 pm But it is not yet delivered that is on date 15th Feb'17 now i don't want this order and want the money to be refunded order id - 53449 with email id mention on order is [protected]@gmail.com In fact we tried a lot's of time on their that is [protected] but no one on the help desk picks the call. At the time of placing order we had words with the company employee to be delivered before 4pm of 14th feb'17 neither anyone call for delay in order nor took any initiative to inform about the order this is not the way to treat the customers.
