Wishing One — mobile power bank

I got the ordered products from wishing one today. It was a nokia mobile with power bank. When i plugged the phone to charge it, the charger suddenly burner out. And also there is no charging happens for the power bank & not working. So i want to replace the products or i want to get my cash back. The nokia mobile is also not working properly. So please help me to solve this issue.
