WNS Global Services — Don't want to leave but compelled to exit!

Hi Sir/Madam,

With humble submission, I want to bring my sublime request in your notice that I Aamir khan, WNS Gurgaon employee (u361686) had started working with the WNS on 21st june 2021. My process name is “prodigy finance”. Everything was going good but our process got ramdown and we have be issued redeployment letter. To be very honest, I had been given another process to get align with after seeing my performance in prodigy but due to my sudden health issue ; I couldn’t not continue, I had been recently operated (open gallbladder surgery ) and forwared my medical records to my hr and manager as well; yet I was not trusted.

The confusing thing for me is that I was told thrice to take exit from portal . Recently, on 14th September 2022 (20 days before redeployment date) I forcefully was pressurised to take exit before 27th september2022 but my last working day as per the letter is 3rd October 2022. I am still looking for any other opportunity within wns till my last working day but my hr and my manager didn’t want so.

I was pressured to write resignation without aligning me in other process; although i was selected for MN&t on 29 September as they said then how could be 3rd October my last working day...? This is acceptable by issuing acceptance without any communication and all

Please help me in this situation ; so that I can’t lose my job as I am the only source of income to my family . Being an orphan ; I am begging to your goodself to help me out ; that would be a great kindness for me.
