I m sending this mail regarding my f&f settlement, as my dec - jan 2018 incentive (3500/-) has been not credited till the date, as i ve been relieved on jan 22, 2018. I ve consulted my respective hr at my location, but there is no proper response from the team. So please consider my request and i hope i will get my salary. Please make me clear with this issue.

Dear All, I have requested for UAN name correction and the same was already approved by employer on Mar 27, 2018 and since then it is pending with Thane office to approve correction. However till date there is no update.
