Hello entire WNS team
i am from nashik location, there was a walking interview held on 15 feb 2022 on 3 pm and got selected ant the final round the hr was on 16 feb 2022 on 3 pm .
complaint against HR. RASHIDA SHAIKH in WNS Nashik process ONE
i have never seen the worst Hr in my life, this was my first interview and i was and fresher, she was insulting me and was very rude in interview, i given al the question which she has asked, but she was asking about the the process, which we are not aware of that, and continuously insulting (saying y r u wasting time and yours too ) is this the way to take the interview in a big company like WNS, she dont deserver to stay ther, she was speaking like sh e is from slum area but educated, and not on me all the girsl and boys came for the interview went crying from ther,
i am very hert, my confidence went low and i cant fight, she dont deserve to stay over ther
i wanted some strick action against her, i am raising the complaint in the local police station also,
and i am lost my mind too, i cant bear the insult, it was my first interview and i am fresher she dint bothered also, i am thinking i am loser that i went ther for a interview,
i am ending my self by committing a suicide, boz i wanted the job i was very needy
Miss Rashida shaikh will be responsible for my death
she need to b thrown out of the organisation

Why is this so?
One is waiting to get the job opportunity but they never respond to it?
Atleast inform that candidate about the result of interview, so that they will get an idea about if they are selected or need to prepare for the next time.
Earlier some HR were very nice and kind they use to respond the candidates I am ex employee of wns but now the HR team is worst.
Writing this in a common complain about the freshers candidates.
