WNS Global Services — pf withdrawal

I was employed in wns from 08 april 2010 till 08 december 2010. I dont have my pf number. If i call wns nobody cares to answer my call. If i directly visit the office the security doesnt allow me to speak to anyone nor does they allow me to speak to anybody from the hr dept.

My staff number is 153981

I sent a mail to hr. [protected]@wns.com & seperationdesk. [protected]@wns.com.
I got a reply to speak to mahesh b at wns bangalore. He doesnt answer my calls nor makes any calls to me. I became sick and tired of reaching him. Then i got a response from gajendra chakradari to contact mahesh. Again i tried reaching him but in vain.

Please see to that i get my pf number & also i need guidance as to how to withdraw my pf from wns asap.
