WNS Global Services — Salary is not credited in bank

Hi team, my name is Ishika soni and I was an employee of WNS Indore in the process name “Centrica” with the employee I’d u410167 . However I am registering the complaint as I had worked for the organisation for the month of January 2023 and in the end of the month the bank notified me that the account is temporary blocked as the pan Card details is not updated and on the date 1st of February the salary for the month had to be credited but for the bank issue the salary got refunded back to the company and regarding this concern I have contacted the company hr and my team leader but nobody helped me out regarding this and this is a fraud all are telling me to go bank and bank is telling me to go to the company is it not unfair as I had worked for a month ! Also the salary slip was being generated but the salary is not credited I am requesting you to please help me out regarding this .
