I joined Wns as group manager on 7 of oct 2022, first four months were good I did my hard work but after four months a new senior group manager joined and he realised my potential as I am being dual qualified with CA and CMA along with few more degrees like Bcom, MCom, ACCA and BBA and he was only Bcom. He started humiliating me and misbehaving with me so leave the company but somehow I managed to survive for next four months but he was making a plan for my exit. He found some mistakes in reconciliation of one of my junior and make a noise out of that to create a drama.
He then sents one email to HR that he wants to get rid of me and initiated an investigation against me however nothing wrong found in the investigation but still HR asked me to resign immediately or they terminate me if I will resign I will get the clean exit but notice period salary will not be given, I thought to escape this toxic company to start new job and I resigned.
It’s been four months since I resigned but still I haven’t got my FNF and relieving letter instead Wns issued me a recovery letter of 3 lacs for not serving the notice period, now how you can ask me to pay for the notice period if you didnot allow me to serve the notice period.
I am depressed and getting societal thoughts as this company harassed like anything, I am running a family of 6 people and I am jobless for last four months.
