WNS Global Services — Wns is not approving my kyc details I submitted on epf website

So its been about 12 days since I have submitted my bank details on epf, and it takes around 3-5 business days to update the details and these are updated when the employer approves them. But its been more than required time and WNS hasnt approved/verified my bank details.
