I was employ of wochardt ltd. and and i am working in spectra division as market executive on chomu headquarter in jaipur district and state rajasthan from 21,jan.2010. and I leave my job before seven month on 1,nov. 2010. and i submit my all property on 11th november 2010 to my ZMM Mr. K.L.Sharma jaipur on his home as per his knowledge my settlement is to be done with in 15 days. but up to today nothing is happen and now i need money very hardly .

1.I HAVE SUBMITTED THE P.F. WITHDRAWL DOCUMENT(FORM-19 & FORM 10-C) ALONG WITH BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER ON 10/10/2010 BY REGISTERED POST TO CORPORATE OFFICE OF WOCKHARDT LIMITED ,WOCKHARDT TOWERS,BANDRA KURLA COMPLEX,MUMBAI 400051 .MY NAME IS SATINDER SHARMA AND I WORKED FROM 25 FEB 2002 TO 11/9/2003 .I DONT KNOW MY PF NO BUT MY EMPLOYEE NO IS 004706.MORE THAN ONE MONTH IS ELLAPCED, STILL MY PROVIDENT FUND IS NOT DEPOSITED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
2.ONE AND HALF YEAR BACK I WENT MYSELF TO MUMBAI TWICE FROM CHANDIGARH FOR FOLLOWUP AND GIVEN DOCUMENTS PERSONNALLY TO HR CLERK AT MY OWN UNAFFORDABLE EXPENSES.HE SAID PF WILL BE DEPOSITED IN ACCOUNT BUT NO ACTION .
3.AGAIN I STARTED ALL PROCESS OF FILLING NEW FORMS AND SEND BY REGISTERED POST ON 10/10/2010 AND I RECIEVED A CALL THAT IT IS INCOMPLETE.I HAVE ALL PHOTOCOPIES TO PROOVE AND GOT THE FORM FILLED IN PF OFFICE BY A SENIOR EMPLOYEE.


KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

COMPLAINT REGARDING HARRASSMENT AND LESS SALARY.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE THE STAFF MAINLY NURSES WORKING WORKING IN NASIK WOCKHARDT HOSPITAL, WILL HAVE TOO MUCH HARRASSMENT , HEAVY WORKLOAD AND LESS SALARY ,
PLEASE MAKE AN ACTION ABOUT IT , URGENTLY,
THEY WILL PAY LESS SALARY TO THE STAFF, BUT THE WORKING LOAD AND TENSION OF EACH STAFF IS VERY HORRIBLE ,
PLEASE MAKE ANY ACTIOIN IMMEDIATELY....WE ARE ALSO HUMANS

the medicine aceten(captopril) has been suddenly withdrawn from the indian market.There is not a single substitute available in india.Captpril(aceten) is suddenly not available.the company claims it is a problem with the government.But what about the consumer who has been having it for 20 years and is dependent on it for managing severe hypertension.Why is there no medicine with captopril available in india?captopril is easily available in ANYWHERE abroad.Why stop it in india?Why is the consumer made to suffer?No one else is affected.I do not wish to change my drug as i have adjusted well to Captopril.Please i need urgent help to get captopril in mumbai.

My employer has submitted all requisite paper like - PF Form No. 19 & 10C, 5&10, 3A 2006-07, SSN Form for withdrawl of PF A/c No. HR/GGN/25998/198 ON aUG 22, 2008.

Till Now I have neither received any information nor the withdrawal amount.

I would like to know the status of the same or would like your immediate attention to immediatelt settle the same.

Dear Sir
I have received your letter 80355712/Cash/20082009/ban07/394/4613/R.L.No. 149215 dated 31.12.2008, whereby you have stated that you have dispatched a ch. no. 149785 dated 31.12.2008 of Rs. 26279/- to HDFC Bank Ltd., Model Town Rewari- 123401 for crediting the same to my Saving A/c No. [protected] against settlement of PF accumulations.

Till date the same has not been credited to my saving bank account on account of mis- written of my account no, where double 44 before 9940 should be single 4.

I have written a registered letter to you on Mar 03, 2009 requesting the rectification of the letter and sending the revised request to HDFC Bank Ltd., Model Town, Rewari to credit the same to my saving bank account no. [protected].

So far no body from the office of the RPFC, Mumbai has taken pain in either replying the same or rectification of the same.

I have tried to contact on telephone, but it is very hard to even contact either no reply of the telephone is left unattended or kept on hold for indefinite. The evidenc of the same can be produce, if required.

With this mail/ complaint, i would like to request again to get it recticy at the earliest with an intimation to us.

This had already been created a loss of interest to us.

Sub.: Complaint against M/s Vikram Pharmacy, Shop No. 1, Sindhi Panchayat Complex, Opp. R.R. Vidyalaya, Jalgaon for sale of expired medicine – “Mopaday-30” and falsification of sale records.

Sir,
With reference to the subject mentioned above the following facts and circumstances are brought to your kind notice for initiating immediate action against M/s Vikram Pharmacy for deliberate and willful violation of the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.


1) That the applicant is respected citizen of Jalgaon and is also a graduate of Nagpur University in Pharmacy holding the Degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy. The applicant is a law abiding citizen and considers his duty to report the violation of statutory provisions by a Licenced Medical Shop M/s. Vikram Pharmacy.

2) In view of the prescription issued by Dr. Subhash Chaudhari, the applicant had purchased medicines from M/s. Vikram Pharmacy on 16.02.2009. Amongst various medicines, was tablets “Mopaday-30”. The applicant had purchased 20 tablets (2 strips) of “Mopaday-30” manufactured by wock. M/s. Vikram Pharmacy sold me two strips of “Mopaday-30” each having 10 tablets but belonging to two different batch numbers as per following details mentioned in the bill.

3) It is submitted that after careful scrutiny of the strip it was revealed that the details of the batch number and expiry mentioned in the bill were not matching with the particulars mentioned on the strip. On the strip of medicine issued to the applicant the batch No. was mentioned as TMA-6022 and its expiry date was May 2008 (manufacturing date June-2006). The applicant has preserved the strip of the tablet and also the bill No. 34729 dated 16.02.2009.

4) The applicant had immediately approached the proprietor of the shop and pointed out the illegality. However he had no intention to rectify the mistake and was absolutely arrogant in his behaviour.
5) It is submitted that in the process of sale of Mopaday-30, M/s. Vikram Pharmacy had indulged in two serious illegalities.

a) That expired drug batch No. TMA-6022 expiry May-2008 was given to the applicant.
b) In the bill however different batch number and different expiry date was mentioned (TMA7001, expiry 03/09).


6) Thus M/s. Vikram Pharmacy are liable for action as per the Act and the Rules on all the counts namely-

i) preserving and distributing expired medicine.
ii) Mentioning batch number and expiry of different batch in the bill
iii) Falsification of record so as to cover up the offence of sale of expired medicine
iv) Cheating the applicant by issuing expired medicine and issuing a false bill.


7) I believe that this is a practice of M/s Vikram Pharmacy to purchase expired medicine from the market at throw away price and sell to the customers. A thorough enquiry should be conducted with the manufacturer i.e. Wockhardt about the medicine Mopaday-30 under Batch no. TMA 6022 to whom and when details of the invoice under which the medicine was sold.

8) In view of above circumstances you are requested to immediately initiate action against M/s Vikram Pharmacy, Jalgaon as per the provisions of the Act and the Rules so as to curb such irresponsible and reckless shop owners.

BIL/[protected]/0515 but instead of the same I didn't get any message for reliance side. I talked with reliance customer care, so many times but they didn't refund my money or talk time. They said I didn’t refund your money because of 799 INR offer was closed. So I want to know where is my money transferred. Sub : Withdrawl of PF
I was working with Torrent Gujarat Biotech Ltd. Vadodara
( Gujarat ) from 1/8/1996 to 23/09/05. I have applied for PF withdrawl in the month of Feb-08.I have not yet received the amount till date.
Kindly look into the matter and do the same as early as possible.

PF form was submitted to Vadodara office.
